Another thing that annoys me is that he basically told every one how we were going to play. If you're the Benfica coach and you hear he's not going to attack for 3/4 of the game you'd be rubbing your hands with glee.
The one plus point of going out is that he's not untouchable now. Will probably still be manager at the beginning of next season but he'd have bought himself three years worth of invincibility hacks if we'd won the whole thing.
Where Shola is from.
Hailing from Planet Penalty, Tyneside. Weighing in at 15 stone of solid muscle. Sholaaaaaaaa 'The Mackem Killer' Ameobiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
Can't see Jonas not playing on the wing. After all Sunderland probably have a dangerous full...dangerous full...dangerous. Fuck I can't even pretend there's any justification
Aye basically, he has problems of when to dribble and when to pass but as you say he will learn.
Which was one of Colo's problems when he first joined us.
Benfica fans. What ever you do you must stop Chelsea (and perhaps Spurs) winning this thing. Lie, cheat, steal. Whatever it takes. Chelsea have infinite luck by the way if you draw them.
The last twenty minutes show that if he plays the flair players and let's them play we can have even a quality side like Benfica shitting themselves. He rarely ever allows that though. He's reached his limit here. He doesn't suit the players we have now or the squad Ashley and co are trying to build.
