Is this the year Villa go down
Well let's certainly hope so.

He's just given up and changed sport...

Okay, that's good. Can't be from him then.
-
After several weeks and you don't get it operated on. Don't think there is to be much running straight after it happens
And yes, I have had it.
-
No way back if another ACL.
If it was an ACL he wouldn't have walked off the pitch.
Not necessarily. Apparently not that bad then, nice to hear.
-
Yes, likewise. Always read or heard that there was no footage. Only radio commentary, or maybe crappy footage of one goal and in black and white.
This looked like it was all in proper quality and colour
Will try catching the full show tonight.
-
What was this programme on Sky, then?
Just seen a Vine of what looked like his debut hat trick for Southampton. Never seen those before. First time they've shown the footage?

Andy Cole very pleased to see Ivanovic sent off

That was pleasant to listen to.
The whole situation is quite simple really. A domino effect of shitness. Amazing that the numbers in attendance are still that high, but the club benefits from its high level of fervent following.
The demographic has changed probably at the stadium as I've seen discussed on here quite a bit, but beyond that the place is soulless now. "A shrine to Sports Direct" as the caller put it. We all know quickly it would come alive again if things changed, which is the most frustrating.

Being a Dortmund fan right about now sounds absolutely awesome, and having just come across this article yesterday, this thread seems to be the perfect place for it:

Borussia Dortmund's slogan "echte liebe" - or "true love" - says it all. The final whistle goes at the majestic Westfalenstadion. Dortmund have lost at home.
Ugh, what a read. So many parallels can be made with NUFC and the level of support enjoyed by both clubs. The cheap ticketing is just one small part of it, and as said wouldn't need to drop drastically at SJP... just the whole common sense approach that is to be envied.

how many minutes for hull for his first assist?
61.
-
Glad for Riviere, he deserves a bit of joy.
... That's about all I can say about this result.
-
I don't want to judge any of our new lot under this cunt of a manager
Basically. Every performance or judgement comes with a big asterisk next to it at this point.
-
He annoys me slightly when he goes down and stays down too easily and starts moaning for too long. Just play, man.
But clearly a lot of his deficiencies so far have more to do with the system and players around him. He's clearly a talented lad, and came alive yesterday when things got more hectic and he had movement around him. We know he has a good shot on him too, yet didn't pull the trigger in the first half despite having three good positions to unleash from. Needs a bit of confidence to kick in.

The most productive would probably be
[...]
But my favourite is the one in my sig.
Good way of puting it.

The midfield is getting tough to pick for my lifetime as a fan
Lee, Speed, Robert, Ginola, Hatem, Beardsley, Solano.
Struggle to make a decision. Rest is quite an easy choice for me, no doubt over the front two of Ferdinand/Shearer.

Had a ticket for the Hull game for a while through work, will go as it could get entertaining in a slightly sad way.
Staying away after that, even though half price tickets for the Liverpool and Leicester games were on offer yesterday
-
Griffin, O'Brien, Bramble in the Champions League
The rest of that starting line up, though
-
What is the point in this guy coming good... As soon as he starts showing some promise (and even that will be tough in this set up) it'll get pardewed out of him.
There's no point in having anything nice.
-
Number 37 for Hull ?
Can he definitely not play against us? I have tickets for the game already :'(
-
You don't even need to try and get the best out him either, just simply play him when he's at his best.
Exactly
It's insanity.
-
We're all just big kids trying to enjoy the little we can watching this club. They've taken our favourite toy and chucked it out.
-
Sick to my stomach.
Season feels tediously long now already.
