Bit of a disgrace we never wore that 2009 grey one. We had plenty of chances to do so, it's a nice looking kit and certainly better than that purple away one.

Not sure what point you are trying to make here.
That all strikers miss. Good finishers score more often than others. Owen missed more than what you'd expect from a good finisher.
He also always seemed to miss the same way. No plan B when 1 on 1.

Wish he did play somewhere regularly; would love to see those one on ones where he puts himself to the left of the goal opens his body and tries to side foot EVERY SINGLE TIME and misses.

He's been going on about Valencia for ages. Don't know why he has such a fascination with them. Not that I'm saying he should join Newcastle, but you'd think with the state they're in it's a bit of a side step plus he'd probably get as much of an improved contract anywhere else.
I guess when you've spent however long in Lorient, going to play in Spain is an attractive prospect.

It's such a clear cut moronic decision that indeed it seems more logical that something is up with Berbatov. Especially given that he didn't even throw Owen on anyway!

Think Ferguson's starting eleven maximised their chances but you can only do so much.
Only big question mark remains Berbatov, surely he would have given them something different which is exactly what they needed in the second half.

No complaints about that final. Good game to watch. Wanted ManU to win and they did well to get back into to but there's no contesting the eventual winner.

Rooney and Nani are divers. Vidic and Scholes are serial foulers and cheats. Ferguson is always complaining and criticising refs. They don't even deserve to be in the final. #cry
In fact, Barca would be doing football a disservice if they didn't cheat their way to a win, right?

Slight penchant for ManU, but if Barca play the right way it would be class to see Messi cap off a great season.
Just hope we see an exciting game with a clash of styles and that the bullshit levels are knocked down to a minimum.
