  1. Ginola wasn't that consistent either... after a solid first season he fizzled out even quicker than Robert did. Largely due to Dalglish apparently.

Remember seeing a documentary on him on French tv around 97, Ginola was saying it was hard enough for him to understand English with Keegan, but with Dalglish it was a nightmare.

Holy fuck that picture for some reason and that video... couldn't watch it the whole way... we can't get relegated man!!  :weep:

    RIP Mr Busker

  3. The uncertainty factor is so huge that's the most frightening thing. Any scenario is likely to happen.

But as said, we just must. Let's have our fun, score some goals and win some games for a change and get back up please  :sadnod:

  4. Keegan would be welcome to show his face at St James Park at any time as far I'm concerned. You must be too young or have short memory. What Keegan did here in the 90's was fantastic, we will never see the like of it again.

People should remember what he has done for the club as a manager and a player before they start disrespecting him and calling him a wanker etc.  Amazing really

Well he's certainly done his best to tarnish his reputation and played his part in getting us back in the division we were in when he first arrived. His actions also put the way he quit back in 97 in perspective too. Disgraceful really. Sick to my stomach thinking about this man.

  5. How was the red card justified if the ball was going to the keeper?

Another ludicrous misunderstanding (from the fucking ref this time) of the last man/clear goalscoring opportunity rule iyam.

The fact he was "last man" is 100% irrelevant because that term is not in the rules. It was not a goalscoring opportunity and therefore not a red card.

I agree. It's one of those "video game" reds. Where technically he is the last man but you'd hope the ref could use his brain!!! That ball was just lobbed towards our end and was either going to die away in the corner or see Harper collect it.

  6. I'm certain that further discovery (if produced) in an open court may answer many of our questions today.

Of course. But tbh it doesn't even matter that much. Even in the worse of reasonable scenarios the end of it all is that he fucked off knowingly leaving us in the shit after pledging his supposed love for the club and how he wouldn't have come back for any other club and all that.

The truth about what happened would be great to know but I feel that in the trial of Keegan's character it isn't that relevant. The intricacies would only help to judge his level of cuntitude.

Take your £8 million and never show your face again please.

  7. The point however still stands, he quit and as a direct result of that our team fell apart.

That says more about the players and the structure that Ashley supposedly had in place

And Keegan probably knew full well the "structure" wouldn't cope with him quitting. Didn't stop him at all though did it.

As said: maximum damage, own sense of inflated righteousness etc etc etc..

  8. The fact that we HAVE to get something at Villa is the killer blow. Results have been kind to us in previous weeks but now we have to do a job...

Hard to believe we'll get anything.
