Is Lindelof the bloke from that tiny Swedish club who were scammed out of a few bob by Benfica?
Aye

Some of the people here, man. The FA took their time to get the facts straight before charging the player. Jonjo should have kept his mouth shut, it's his fault and not the FAs. Conspiracy against us, ffs some utter loons on here.
Spot on.
Absolutely. No doubt some would have the players wear t shirts Klanfield style.
The club's response has been appropriate so far too which I'm proud to say.

BBC had a big line up tonight with Sports personality of the year and Apprentice final.
Wanted to keep MOTD clear of it.

Messi, man. It's like time slows down for the ridiculous little scamp.
You only really understand some of the touches and double touches he has on the ball once you see the replays.
Especially crazy tonight.
-
Absolutely
He's an idea man, someone needs to pick up the execution.
-
Still loads of time here.
There could be 6 more goals at least.

Hope that rotten c*** Whelan is hating every minute of this
There's a club up here in the north & he's not part of it
He broke his cup watching the first leg of a final, you know.

Zaha and Benteke will always miraculously salvage points here and there for him, but given how early he's started the crazy runs of form this could be very close. In addition they are showing an impressive ability to concede from any situation imaginable and several times a game... Which is very familiar.
Didn't know about their upcoming games... It's going to be a tough Christmas.

Crespo for Inter against Ajax is one of my favourite headed goals.
When it comes to an impressive leap, Sir Les was right up there also... Literally.
-
Alli is horrific. No class.
Son is so good. Every time I see him play he is so efficient and unselfish. Must be great to have him as a teammate.
-
Didn't get to see the game, only found out the details of the result when it was all over.
Not going to watch extended highlights, I think as will just get angry.
But I do find it reassuring that the result happened in these freakish circumstances. There could be a lot of resilience and unity in the camp after that.

Lansbury will be feeling erythromycin smug over gaining three points from conning the ref and linesman. I wonder whether he will feel quite so smug when refs refuse to give penalties in future games because they know he is a cheat. He may have won three points yesterday but he may have cost his side numerous future points because he is now known to be a cheat.
Meh... Cheats prosper again and again in football.

Mehdi Abeid's goal for Dijon yesterday:
-
Debunucci double injury!
-
The state of all the goals from that Swansea - Palace game
Awful goals scored and awful goals to be conceding.
-
Well the post just above for a start.
Gutted that he didn't get to shine today.
-
Fucking hell
He's outpardewed himself.
My only concern is that this is too huge of a fuck up and will attract plenty of attention. Making a sacking more likely.
-
Not quite, in three. But by playing 21, 54 and 23 minutes.
Stat padding, but you know... Zero extra points.

NUFCTV headline on the official site:
"Classy Colback speaks after Leeds win"
Geordie propaganda.
-
Poor Rob Green. That flub was almost as pathetic as...
Was funny how the commentators were asking questions like "Why didn't he try and catch it?"...
What do you think he was trying to do?
The guy just can't goalkeeper very well.
-
I'm worried about him now. Always been a fan, but it's hard to argue what he brings to the table most of the time. Plus we're not going to change anything tactically to accommodate him, nor should we.
If we get promoted, will he do better again with the different football? Or are we better off to keep using him as a squad player until the end of the season and then shift him.
-
I enjoyed his handball and giving the ball to some nonce in the box to give Darlow a workout.
That was a good example of how he struggles to defend when he can't grab and tug on arms and shirts.
Started well today, but an accident waiting to happen as usual.

Colback needs to stop Colbacking.
Impossibruuuuuu
Still not worthy of a thread

Agreed. Terrible decision in the first place, made even terrible-er now.
Football needs logical people running incident reviews... One of the reasons this video refereeing worries me is because we'll just see so many more soft fouls, bans, cards.
