Ugh. The Col is back.
-
By most accounts he did alright bar the penalty incident.
But then it may have been a brief incident but that's a real concern. One nil up home after shaky start to the season and he gives away our lead with a pointless lunge. Photo above is damning about where the opposition was going.
Plus we know this is the kind of thing he has a history of doing.

With it being a free kick, there's quite a few cool videos from the stands of Gayle's goal.
-
This is fucking great, isn't it.
A sweet little cherry on the 4-1 cake.
-
Watching the highlights he was slightly unlucky for the pen IMO. Just let the ball run away from him a tiny bit and lunged. Wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be.
Granted, I haven't seen any of this footage but that sounds exactly like him. Clumsy, split second too late, aggressive. Those are the ingredients that will consistently get you on the wrong side of luck.

I'm now somewhat gutted to have had to sit through Saturday and now I couldn't make it they score 4
Meh... Delighted really, this could be huge.
-
I see you've conceded a penalty.
Was Ciaran anything to do with that, per chance?
Fuckin' Brummie. Amazing how often you're right.
You can hardly accuse Clark of misrepresenting himself at the Euros. Puzzling recruitment this.
-
Have we thought about what we might have to do when we cant sell him and then he starts tearing the league apart? Forgive him until January?
Basically, yeah.
-
Quite lad we're not in the same league as City this year, would easily be double figures
Meh, we say that every year but always only ever conceded 4 or 6.
-
Happens often at the end of games where one team is all over the other and the ball is punted up the pitch and into touch by a defender.
Sels took one at the weekend.
-
Looks like Bravo is on his way to City for around €20m.
Upgrade on Hart, particularly with the ball at his feet.
The whole fanfare around Hart every time he's dropped is annoying. Especially this time around after his showing at the Euros.
I get that tabloids will be playing up to making headlines just because he's English, but he's more than proven his shitness. Let's just all get over it and move on to another English keeper.

Newcastle United's ability to completely fuck any good positive feeling.
Yesterday was pretty phenomenal even by NUFC's standards.
Pre game was great, you could feel it in the air that everyone was happy to be out and full of hope. Then the work you guys did with the flags took things to another level.
Then the utter snoozefest of a first half.
-
That passing for the 3rd goal was sensational. Really puts our two performances into perspective where our useless players dropped a division and still can't keep possession.
It's depressing man. Can we not talk about us today please
Sos mate, but it makes me so angry.
Watching the football on show here, and it makes me wonder why we even bother
Soon, man. Soon. It'll be us soon.
Indeed, sorry for continuing to talk about us but it makes yesterday's first 45 minutes seem like an even bigger waste of time.

Fucking christ...
-
Good save from Cech. Stupidly one sided this at the moment.
-
Another good one.
Arsenal fans will be fuming.

Daft Question ...............When was the last time Newcastle United were "In Form" ?
There was a period in the 14-15 season before Christmas where Pardew miraculously had a series of wins after an awful start to the season. Basically saved us from relegation.
The other obvious answer in from March 2012 where the whole Cabaye-BenArfa-Demba-Cisse thing clicked and we won 6 in a row.
-
Wow. Ridiculously good strike.
Another "Not a single extra point" type of player.
-
Haha... such Walcott.
-
That seemed pretty blatant.
-
Nothing was more dramatic than the '99 final, ffs!
"Has there ever been a more dramatic night in the Champions League!!!!!"
Yes.
-
Too many man bun haircuts on the pitch
It's not a cut... that's the whole problem
-
Class. Boruc did well to keep him off the scoresheet just moments earlier.
-
What a pathetic reaction by Gray.

Colback and Clark... that's a lot of needless fouls potentially out there. At least Clark has been moved out of the middle.
