It was a bit disappointing to see him sign for Sunderland... and had the deal been equal wage or a tiny bit more, maybe you could have questioned Chops' loyalty. I'm sure it's not ideal, as he would have loved to cracked it for the toon, but you'd have to be mental not to accept the deal/challenge the Mackems were offering him. indeed. It was pretty clear what was going on. Claiming he almost kissed the badge is being ridiculous... wishful thinking to hate him even

Just pisses me off so much. It's not even football, just basic logic Sure Sam put him out just because he wanted the last 15 minutes to be more of a challenge.

More pathetic fouls today from Shola. When he was on he was the only man up front, and of course every time we finally managed to get the ball out of our danger areas and maybe put a bit of pressure on a Bolton defender Shola was kind enough enough to come to their rescue and give away a blatant free kick. Most annoying of all was when Faye had been lying down injured and just got up to try and get the ball, Ameobi just pushed him over. The man has no brain.

He was a complete push over on several occasions.

... and both their emails don't seem to work. Both return undelivered <_<

Very pleased for him... if only it wasn't Sunderland
-
more of the same from him then... very disappointed the ref didn't book him

aye. Funny guy too. A bit of self-mockery in the studio at the start of the show btw, just remembered are Sky going to have that shitty score and timer thing down at the bottom again?!

Last year I bought all season reviews from 95 to 2002 on dvd via eBay. Some bloke had converted them.

Indeed, it's always the little things that make the whole difference. Even the official site doesnt do that.

Haven't this excited in a while... it's been a weird sense of dreading the last few years.

He already said he had no intention of playing for England though a long time ago, when this first came up IIRC. Why would he tbh? Anyway Robinson needs a kick up the backside... James deserves to be called back into the squad, and given the Spurs keeper's recent performances I have James and Carson ahead of him.

On Sunday, he shoved the player in front of him over with two hands then looked at the ref to say "what did I do?" Get rid unfortunately - we'll get nowhere by keeping and playing players for sentimental reasons! Shame the ability do that and the ability to constantly stray offside couldnt be removed while they were fixing his hip. The guy is a farce, a waste of space on the field. Fortunately, the fact we have brought in two strikers in Vid and Smith means we'll be seeing very little of him. Hooray.

nice!... also it's at SJP by the looks of it!

He's talking absolute shit. The fact it's coming from a FIFA official says it all really.

Got to be Lee Stewart. You called? ... http://img170.imageshack.us/img170/9674/0108072by1tx6mk5.jpg

At least Oba has enough pace and skill to make up for his poor first touch most of the time.
-
Also... some player injured his knee while walking his dog. Got tangled up in the lead making his leg twist. Can't remember for sure who it was, but Cudicini comes to mind.
-
^ aye... but he changed his mind again.

That's not the point though... Owen is very capable of playing and scoring, I think we all know that and more importantly believe that it's a possibility. But as the situation stands now, after he's been at the club for 2 years, I think we have every right to feel ambivalent about everything.
-
It's got to a point where everything is just.... "meh" This time round we have very decent and apt cover. Not even "cover" anymore, it's main artillery we will be counting on. If Owen can play great, if not, so be it. If he was to be sold tomorrow, can't say I'd be too bothered at all.
