Saw that this morning, and even the official nufc account has retweeted it now. Not a fan usually of the big footballistic wall displays but that's just really well done!
-
Ok, some of those moves are really class
-
He's relentlessly good.
... Also speaks truer words than any real or official accounts!
-
Can’t remember what bloke said it on the chat there, but whoever made the point that this will be the final straw for the majority of fans is bang on. Even those who’ve continued to go under Bruce, I think they’d be finished with it all as well. This is such a huge event in the club’s history, after so many false dawns I think another would be the final nail in the clubs coffin.
No chance, they'll keep coming no matter what imo.
Exactly. We've had as many final straws as takeover attempts. Yes, maybe pockets of people do pack it in but overall give it a few weeks and rationalisation, justification or whatever you want to call it kicks in and we're back on track.
As the original post mentions, Bruce is the perfect example. People have continued to go after we've actively replaced Benitez with Bruce.

Getting boring now.
It happen?
-
He's a contrarian attention whore... But surely even for him that was insane
-
I have this on VHS somewhere, have watched it 10-20 times probably.
I think nufc have it and played it this afternoon!
-
That kit in full flowing action as well... What a dream.
-
And in terms of questionable tactics Mane was probably the single worse offender in terms of simulation.
-
The state of that City kit
Lovely Atletico!
-
Son the snide cunt once more. Vile prick.
He's quite relentless.
Of course, never gets called on it nor punished.
-
Negative results are the players fault...
And especially the younger ones!
-
"Welcome to Liverpool" already muted forever
-
Why didn't VAR overturn the red?
They gave it, ref booked him
What an absolute farce that thing is
-
Underrated shithouse. Contact but yuge dive.
A perfect example of simulation that will be completely ignored on the sole basis that there is some form of contract. Tedious.
-
He's been getting far too much criticism for his match contributions of late, but no sympathy for his diving. Still happens too frequently. Good he's getting called on it.
-
With VAR, there should be no need to dive. So every exaggeration of contact should be viewed as cheating.
Indeed, it can also be a foul AND simulation.
It really is exhausting how little action there is against divers, and serial divers.
-
The noise from the away support here is pure self-service. All they want is to hear people tell them they were amazing for singing in defiance. Bit of back patting on the buses on the way home.
Well put.
Why anyone wouldn't want to do something else with their time and money at this point is just baffling.
-
I'm trying not to get wound up by this... The best barometer here is that even Liverpool fans hate him.
Where he had the best years of his career and won trophies.
-
But players are all having fun in training now.
-
Or remember when we played them, and they were all on here.
And the Le Sib broke their collective hearts... and minds.
-
VAR is ruining the game - that's ridiculous. Didn't get any advantage with the slightest of hand balls.
it went to a teammate who scored
It would have got to a teammate even if he hadn't brushed it. The direction of the ball didn't change.
Don't think so. Seems to change direction and even wrong foot a Tottenham defender.
It's not really pretty but I think they have to give the foul on this one.
-
Correct decision or not, it always amuses me to see players protest VAR decisions in the moment. Like it's a disgrace they can't cheat with impunity anymore
-
He certainly seems like a transfer that was done just because and to serve a narrative rather than a project.
Don't really understand why Coutinho failed so quickly. Looks like it's done for him to go to Bayern on loan this season. Granted don't watch that much Barça, but few times I did he was good and certainly seems more the type to play in their system.
Some vaguely amusing football jocularity

Ah, the bastard. Well played![](https://newcastle-online.org/uploads/emoticons/icon_lol.gif.2b79832334653dab49d465ad84f232e4.gif)
Agree he's a bit full of himself, I do watch his videos and they get tedious. He's harmless really though.
