  1. Just seen the red card, hilarious. Reckon they have changed the rules as Maguire got nothing for the kick to Batshuayi's balls last season.
  2. Now he sends him off for a foul that wasn't a foul
  3. I laughed at all my many Man U friends who said he would be a good replacement for Ighalo as a backup for Rashford, Martial and Greenwood. He's a legit superstar they wouldn't be able to sign anymore if most of the biggest clubs in the world weren't broke due to corona.
  4. They’re a rich version of us. A better manager and they’d be higher up. wut
  5. All the soft penalties VAR has given to Liverpool and Man U and somehow they thought that WBA pen should be taken away. Absolutely ridiculous.
  6. Clear and obvious is complete bullshit as it's impossible to say what really is clear and obvious.
  7. Was changed, don't ask to what.
  8. It's a clear foul, you can't try to go through the defender's legs in that spot. Once again no idea how VAR missed it.
  9. Finland? Qualified to Euro 2021
  10. Since Kenny has taken over we've played 7 games and scored 1 goal. Had more reds than goals. I watched both of your games against Finland and Ireland are indeed terrible.
  11. Wales are hardly exciting either, 4 wins and one draw while scoring 4 goals.
  12. France-Finland 0-2, both goals scored by debutantes.
  13. This has made me a believer after reading your thoughts on the US Politics thread.
  14. Glad someone does He’s talking like the risk of losing £200 isn’t there and the £70 is a given and in his scenario the return is £270 and nothing is lost but I’m talking specifically about cashing out and yes the £70 is guaranteed but there is the chance of losing out on an extra £200 which I don’t believe £70 is high enough but that’s my opinion. End of the day if I had lost a bit and I needed the £70 I’d cash out but if it was for the enjoyment of the bet I’d leave it. Fuck me this thread is proper hard work at times Me? Where did I say that? I haven't said anything about the cash out, just your example of betting £200 to win £70 which doesn't make any sense in the cash out scenario or in any other way. Right now he has bet £2 and "won" £70 with it. Odds are never in your favour when you cash out as bookies always make money then but it can still be wise to use to negate the risk on a possibly significant win.
  15. This is such a backwards take on betting. It shouldn't be about possible returns but probabilities. You would skip a 7/20 bet that in reality should be 1/6 or something just because of the returns? Your missing the point. He’s already put the bet on. I’m saying commit to the bet until the cashout is in your favour. I’d assumed my point was fairly obvious apologies if not I'm not missing any points. You basically said it would be stupid to bet £200 to win £70 which is frankly just stupid.

  17. Being first in line to the hot new prospect in the next draft. And on that note, am I crazy for wondering if a big enough rift could make drafts possible in football? Now wondering whether they could implement a draft system for the new Euro league. Players available to sign choosing to 'declare' for the new league? yeah but that depends on finishing last. so if you can't reach the playoffs, then teams strive to finish last? Players and coaches are still trying to keep their jobs in a league with a high player turnover ratio due to the draft. Doesn't really make sense for players to lose on purpose so the team could draft their younger and cheaper replacement. Owner's would most likely love to see their team lose in a lost season but it's never that simple. Trading away your best players is basically the only option and even that doesn't always work.
  18. Yeah, hard to blame VAR as a system when it's the idiots still making the decisions.
  19. Didn't realise you had to be about to score for there to be a foul That was really soft mind You don't but it's just common sense. For some reason the Sheff U player decided to boot it up to the sky before the contact and the situation was over. Penalties are huge decisions in football and in no way Mitro catching his foot in that spot warrants a fucking penalty.
  20. Was the Sheff U player going to score without Mitro's "foul"? It's just fucking stupid and Marriner should be fined for his incompetency.
  21. Has to be one of the worst tackles of this century.
