Eh? What is wrong in saying that? Well us being 8th and only 7 points behind Liverpool you might imagine Pardew would consider us a challenger for the Champions League places f*** it, 8th is where it's at I guess my English is limited, I don't see him saying we aren't fighting for CL places.

Too many good teams for them to fluke it.

With the right investment this window I cant be the only person who thinks we could have at least made an attempt to get CL football for next season. We aren't cut too far adrift from that pack just yet. Obviously it would be highly unlikely but stranger things have happened. Ambition like that isn't part of this club anymore though. There's still a long way to go to be a team that can be challenging to win it like PSG. Agree with NUFC_Chris' post. At least he's taking a genuinely big step on his career and can expect to be a starter in one of the top clubs in Europe instead of going to Man United or Liverpool.
-
Obviously, but I don't think Ashley's lack of ambition is to be blamed here. Cabaye would be likely to move in this situation even if we were fighting for top four regularly.

Like Everton selling Fellaini for £27m and getting McCarthy for half of that I suppose. The big reason Everton are where they are is not McCarthy but Lukaku and Barry or did you forget they signed them also even if it was just on loan. You just stay in you secluded little shed and w*** off over Ashley as he continues on. Two loan signings. If we sold Cabaye for £27m, got Cabella and two loans, I bet you'd be unhappy. f*** all to do with Ashley this. Yeah of course it is f*** all to do with him but to answer your question where are the two other signings then - average of 50,000 and your trying to say we should accept going nowhere - smell the coffee man will you or will it take another relegation charge to do that. If you were Cabaye, would you stay with us or move to PSG to play in the CL, get massive wages and get to play with players like Zlatan? There's obviously lot wrong with Ashley but I'm not expecting him to show the same ambition these Arab owners are showing.
-
Hope he does well there. Not being in the same league changes everything for me.
-
Definitely.
-
We should get more from PSG. Only positive if he moves to PSG is that I don't have to hate him when he's playing for Man U or some other club in our league.

It seems very political rather than objective, doesn't it? "Oh, but I already gave them a red and they're losing already" is highly unprofessional. Wasn't it Dowd who didn't give Luiz a red two seasons back at St James? Delete this shit.
-
Decent profit from Chelsea and Chelsea -1. Hazard was disappointing, was hugging the line too much to get any scoring chances.
-
Have no idea. Ref clearly saw it as he gave the yellow. Would love some consistency from the zeebs.
-
Where's the red now ffs?
-
Straight red for that?

Brilliant by Welbeck.

No, they are not. Rooney, RVP, Evra. Thats it really, everyone else is average or on the decline. That's already 3. There are just too many shite teams in the league for Man United to go down in near future. They still have money to burn. I would be ecstatic if they stay out of the CL spots for few years in a row.
-
No, they are not.
-
Should've kept Evra on, even if he's dead.
-
100€ on Chelsea -1. Had forgotten Moyes' record there.
-
200€ on Chelsea. Hope David's hot streak keeps on going.
