  1. Anyway, a double of OM win and over 1.5 in the Bordeuax-Lyon match is at 2.33. Now, that bet is looking promising, imo.
  2. I won't necessarily dive in there and bet rashly. I will still use my gut feelings, current knowledge of the teams, team news, etc to help me make a decision as to how much to bet or to whether to bet at all. It's just a new method that I want to try and see what it might do for me. Last week I could have won some decent money had I betted using that method.
  3. I only put a quid on it as I wasn't that confident anyway. Never mind, next time it will be a fiver or a tenner. If that doesn't work, then it will be twenty-something, etc. Eventually it will come off. (As long as I'm careful in not "over betting" to the point where I'd be in a loss by the time it comes off.) Anyway, you should have realised now my new betting strategy, which is to bet on possible outcomes, via looking at the stats, using the probability method. (the "due one..." shit)
  4. Wolfsburg to score a goal - 2.40. Good odds but might wait a while...
  5. Can they void those bets once they are placed? I remember play put up a TV for a tener once and I bought ten of them and they refunded it saying it was a mistake and they couldn't ship it. After checking the terms and conditions mistakes are covered. I'd assume the bookies are covered in the same way. Yeah, they can void it. Happens quite often. Right, so if someone wins a big bet, they could easily void, claiming it was a mistake, it to avoid paying out? They won't pay out on those odds. I put 200€ or something on Inter to go through against Kazan (?) in the CL 09/10 season via a live bet (they were 1-0 up already, after having won the first leg 1-0) @1.80. They paid out @1.01. So, basically, if you're one away from a big win, hedging could proof to be fatal? (Assuming there was NO mistake in the odds.)

  7. Potential bets of the weekend (based on stats and shit) - (Not alot about this weekend, but meeeeh... ) Marseille v Valenciennes OM haven't won in at least the last 5 matches. Valenciennes have not won away from home for at least 5 matches. OM Match Result - 1.61 Bordeaux v Lyon Bordeaux haven't been involved in over 2.5 in at least 6 matches. Over 2.5 - 2.50 Under 2.5 - 1.50 Over. 1.5 - 1.44 Under 1.5 - 2.62 Bayer Leverkusen v FC Augsburg Leverkusen haven't won in 3 matches. Augsburg (2nd from bottom) are unbeaten in at least 5 matches. Maybe they're due to get beat now? Although, a European game for Leverkusen could complicate things. Leverkusen MR - 1.50 VfL Wolfsburg v Bayern Munich Bayern have still only conceded one away goal all season (in 10 matches). The last goal they conceded away from home was 5 matches ago against Nurnberg, just before the winter break. Are they due to concede one? Wolfsburg to score one or more - 1.66 Bayern have also won the last 4 away games... could they drop points this weekend? Wolfsburg DNB - 6.00 Handicap -1 or Double Chance - 2.87 Espanyol v Betis Espanyol have won their last 4 home games. Betis have lost their last 2 away games but are still 2nd in the away league table behind Barcelona. Not sure which way to call this, but maybe Espanyol about time dropped points at home? That's my feeling anyway. Betis DNB - 2.37 Double chance and handicap - 1.66 Betis haven't been involved in over 1.5 in their last 2 matches now. Over 1.5 - 1.33 Under - 3.00 Really fancy Wolfsburg to score and OM to win. Over 1.5 in the Bord-Lyon match is quite tempting too.
  8. Yaya is better further forward.
  9. Superb today. His passing, tackling (fuck off, Alonso) and interceptions were all over the park tonight. Probably his best all-round match that I've seen him play. Needs to stop being so fucking immature though.

    Papiss Cissé

I'm happy to overlook this match as he's had two "goals" wrongly disallowed, but the fact still remains that he still keeps missing easy chances.
  11. He's missed 1 decent chance all game man Howay then, what other good chances has he missed? Literally every time he has a shot and it doesn't go in you're straight in with the anguish faces, regardless of context. the one-on-one in the first half?
  12. He's missed 1 decent chance all game man I mean in context of the season. It's 2 in this game, btw. (all beit 2 incorrectly chalked off.)
  13. Cisse misses again. Fuck off Allah, first you take away from us Demba and now you've taken Cisse. Fuck off.
  14. I never thought I'd ever say this........ but take Cisse off and put Shola on! (In 5-10 minutes)
  15. This is a typical Pardew performance. He simply doesn't give two flying shits if we go out. Fuck off.
  16. Fuck off, Cabaye.. what was that? Valentine's day or no Valentine's day.
