Tell Joey. First contribution to the club that would be. Butt and Ameobi can have a piece of the action too. I'll tip off the cops.

Spurs and Hull both stayed in the Malmaison, I know that much.

Can't criticize but why wasn't this done weeks ago? It's like when you let the screen fill up on Dr Mario to see if you can manage to get it back down from critical. We've waited far too long for this to fucking click in the skulls of the people at the top.

Damn shame. I wanted to see him try and push Shearer round.

Who plays an April Fool's on March 31st?

Jesus Christ.

Lee Stewart and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the same room, fucking hell, pass me a shotgun.
-
Wish we'd had him when we were good so we really appreciated him. I fucking love Habib Beye.
-
Sorry but who is Lee Stewart? A gloryhunting ball of lard from Gateshead. http://lee-stewart.co.uk/about.php

I thought at the match from a distance that it MUST be Lee Stewart waving that flag around. Fat little cunt.
-
Fuck me it was cold there tonight.
-
I might go tonight actually.

This, can't see why everyone is complaining. Because he should be playing? He should be on the bench at the very least.
-
Does that include his shot against Man Utd (I was including that)?
-
0 goals and 1 assist is it Jonas has to his name this season? Yep. He's got more assists than that, at least four off the top of my head.
-
Oba went and grabbed the ball as soon as the whistle went, he was the chosen taker (remember Kinnear had said that after Barton grabbed the ball off him against WBA). Nolan's missed penalty was almost identical to Oba's too.

3 I think. Barton vs WBA and Shola vs mackems. Guthrie v Wigan Owen v Blackburn Oh aye, forgot that one. Good kick that.
-
Aye, against us and missed it.

sell best players? like who, besides given which was forced. we've sold average players and replaced them with better ones, where they've fucked up is in their backing of kinnear. There's no way Ryan Taylor is a better player than N'Zogbia in a month of Sundays.

I was going to bring this up. I see a lot of posts on here and talk in the media about how your squad is good on paper & how you've got enough quality to be up there with us and Villa. I'm sorry, but I just don't see that in the slightest. I see a lot of has beens and players who are simply very average. I struggle to think of more than a few players that would get a look in at either of those clubs I mentioned. Here, Jonas would be a nice addition because he's a pretty good wide man and we are lacking in those positions. I'd defo play him there ahead of Osman. Up front, Martins & Owen would be welcome but I don't think either would be in the first 11 whenever Yak & Cahill are available to play together. At Villa I could see Bassong would play rather than Knight but what about when Laursen is back to partner Davies? Probably not then. Again, the strikers would get some joy with Carew probably on his way, Agbonlahor a bit erratic & Heskey being Heskey. Apart from that I struggle to think of anyone. You've sold your only real class player in Shay Given who would have walked into both sides. At the risk of really pissing you off, I think Spurs have an argument that on paper they should be performing a lot better. I can understand why that gets bandied about in the media but Newcastle? I just don't see it. I think you're down on some of our players (Enrique on current form would walk into the Villa team for a start), Beye is absolute class and I think Bassong is better than anyone at Villa but you've summed it up pretty well simply by not mentioning any of our midfielders other than Jonas. Our midfield is a disgrace and anyone switched on has known it for a long time - unfortunately that doesn't include anyone currently employed by NUFC.

and with our record this season it's unlikely we'll get 100% from all the games we expect to pick up points in. just takes one decent defensive display from a team like fulham, or a flukey counter attack from boro, and we're virtually relegated. taking this into account we have to pick up some unexpected points along the way, starting against chelsea. saying things like "well we didn't expect to get points here so why is everyone upset?" as a couple did after the arsenal game just isnt good enough any more. Yep. The only reason Boro are still in touching distance is because they very recently beat a Liverpool side who are currently unstoppable. We can't afford to write any fixtures off and not getting anything from Man Utd and Arsenal after two decent showings is gutting.

why ? Maybe because hes clearly better on his left and the last pen he took with his right iirc, he skied it. The one he skied was on his left. He's taken one on his right before and scored. I agree that he should be using his left though, did not fancy him at all when he shaped up right footed. He's too erratic to take the penalties tbh.
