Sorry, Willock was the worst player for us on the pitch with Burn and Wood (at least in the first 45). It's not even debatable. Doesn't seem to care at all.

I would'v taken a draw before the game all day long. That being said, Howe needs to tell the players to fuck off away from Trippier with free-kicks in that position. Anderson midweek playing it quickly and now Schär taking it.

There are two very easy decisions for Howe to make at half time: Anderson on for Willock - Willock doesn't care today. Doing fuck all. Targett on for Burn - Burn as a left-back doesn't do it for me. He doesn't join in attack leaving ASM completely isolated and forcing him to try 100 dribbles. With an overlapping Targett I think we'd see a more effective ASM.

Longstaff has done ok, I can't expect more from him. He's a limited player, but he's running his socks off. Willock on the other hand looks to be on vacation still.

Can anyone explain why Burn always seems to be on the downfall when a ball comes towards his head? For a guy that size it's embarassing that his timing for a header is always off by 3-4 seconds.
