You can still breathe through your nose with a broken nose. (EDIT. it needs a dislocation for it to be hard to breathe) And a broken nose isn't that bad. Had mine broken twice in 10 months and you only get headache for a couple of days and then your fine. Sure its very sore for a while. but that's something you can live with as a professional footballer.

Michael Carrick was near £18m and he is far more 'technically limited' than Tiote. You can't be serious. Agreed Carrick was not a limited techinal player, great techinque in my opinion with his vision and passing. Two different types of player n my opinion too though.

Pretty much this. Was shitting myself when he essentially took out the Wigan player in the first half (mis-timed challenge, that was all). Really thought he was going to get sent off. Thought he got lucky with that one. Nah, was yellow card nothing more nothing less. Late tackle but never a red in my eyes.

Think we'll play something like: Elliott Santon/Simpson Colo Perch Raylor/Santon Obertan Gosling Smith Marveaux HBA Best Might also be Gosling or Loven instead of Obertan and Abeid in the mid. Think Perch will play alongside Colo though and Marv and HBA have to get a start in this game.

He's not immune to criticism no one is, but I rather see him lose the ball trying to create something than not lose it and also not create fuck all for over 9 games of football. Players like him will lose the ball more than others because they have the ball at their feet more and try to create something. Uncreative players like Obertan won't lose it as often as they won't risk it. If no player risked it, we would look like a Barcelona not trying to score. Rather him lose the ball doing that, than just running around for nothing. Not really having a go at Gabriel but just not agreeing that Obertan would get slated for trying a fancy backheel as long as he tried to create something everytime he had the ball instead of running into a wall everytime and then once making a backheel which failed.

Not impressed by Gervinho thus far due to his inconsistency. But fucking hell he shows he has class at times. Give him time and I think Arsenal will have found a very good player at a reasonable price in todays market. However, with the way we're playing I don't know where he would have fit? So happy nonetheless that we didn't sign him, but he's not shit, he's just no adapting as fast as some players.

On wednesday him and Marveaux will stop these moaners by getting us through to the next round and a matchup at Old Trafford.

My only problem with this fucking beast is that he sometimes does that dribble in the middle of the park many times a game and does get caught in possession once or twice. Otherwise I think he has improved from last season, he might not be as visible since Cabaye helps with a lot of the work he had to do by himself last season with fatNolan. Loving the fact that he does look more of a threat going forward, with already two assists from good crosses and couple of shots which have been close to goals. Love this beast, also he doesn't need to take as many unnecessary yellow cards with Cabaye there tracking back. And he must also feel more secure with our defenders playing well to let them escape sometimes leaving the responsibility to defenders instead of breaking up plays.

There's no way Bosingwa's was a red. Aye, never meant CLEAR, possibly a red, which I disagree with just like you I don't really think it was a red. Than Cole should've been off after the match, Chelsea should've had a pen and how the fuck all those yellows were given to only Chelsea when QPR were as dirty is ridiculous. Awful awful emabrassing refereeing performance. I would've been raging at the ref had I been a Chelsea supporter, but hell give those players som credit especially the BACKFOUR for never stop running.

This was probably the worst refereeing performance I have ever witnessed. Two clear possible red cards that I won't argue with. But from there on he just got every single decision wrong. Joke really.

Taking the shirt off should only be a yellow if its completely taken off. Like Balotelli did doesn¨t deserve a yellow in my opinion. Problem is that if you take of your shirt might happen that you put it on wrong and delay the game and so on.

Reserves? no he'd be perfect to get in late I think when we need movement, possibly counterattack when he doesn't need to run at a defender only run at the goalie.
