Great game. Man Utd fans can't really celebrate claim revenge/City are out of the cup. Man Utd remain very beatable.

This match was supposed to provide hilarity at seeing one of the big sides knocked out at the first hurdle. The implications are far more wide-reaching. Kompany missing from fantasy teams, Man City looking soft (allowing Liverpool passage to a cup? bleurgh), Spurs getting a shot at a severely depleted Man City (no Yaya, no Kompany, no Kolo - a Lescott/Savic CB partnership!). I'm concerned about bids for Colo too! [/paranoid]

(Sure the Macho Man has already checked the amazon product description out, but for others)

For asking a couple of questions? Ignore him man.

Quite glad I just got home and saw it online instead. Must have been a turgid watch.

Just saw that Stevenage went through against Reading. Shit.

Anything less than movie s*** will be a disappointment at this point. Just got in from work and just seen score line, is it really that good a goal? Can't wait to see it. Word is, he skinned 7 players and several stewards. Goalkeeper subbed himself off afterwards. That sounds like some epic shit, can't wait. http://verydemotivational.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/demotivational-posters-like-a-boss.gif

Good post Ashley17.

"Ryan, quick, hold me like Leo..."

The stature of this goal is just building, will be gutted if it isn't especially remarkable now.

Yup, blowing on the smoking gun is old as the hills. Doesn't always mean something.

To be fair a lot of people would agree with that with his recent performances, just timed the comment really badly He turned the corner a couple of games ago from his bad form. Obviously I didn't see the game today, but he's been bloody awful since October. You and your ludicrous love for him. he was our worst player against Man U imo He was in the bottom three, but don't think anyone had an outright bad game against them.

Can't take you seriously. You make as many good posts as Obertan has good games. What does that have to do with it? I appreciate his defensive efforts but he's just not been doing his job for a long time now. Erm, because it means you're not assessing his performances objectively? You're really not the brightest, huh.

Obviously I didn't see the game today, but he's been bloody awful since October. You and your ludicrous love for him. Yet felt confident enough to call him fucking useless today. Can't take you seriously. You make as many good posts as Obertan has good games. I said Jonas was in bad form. He has played better the last 2 games (haven't seen this one, but sounds like he has continued it). Not his best form but not Obertan-bad, as has been suggested. Our best creative player for the best part of 2011, of course I'm not writing him off after a bad patch.

Without sounding arrogant, I don't think they'll be astute enough to come here and try and frustrate us. They'll be a lot more open and forward (except without the performance/quality of Odemwingie/Long-type strikers), which will suit us better you would have thought.
-
Cheers. How did Best, Jonas and Abeid look?
-
He sounded much more involved with another striker up top. The team sounded better too. Shola & Best up top is a must for me in this period.

Man Utd (h). Nee bother. If they're left. Would rather they knocked out City though.
