We did bring in players we needed last summer. We needed strikers and we brought in Maratins and Sibierski, without whom we'd be in the relegation zone right now without any doubt. We still need more strikers though. And what about some class defender???

May be you are right.He deserve some credit for the way he played at the end of last season But this season he looked very slow,i mean very,very slow,its maybe because of his age and all the injuries he had. And now he has had another setback with his hamstring injury.I dont think he will play again for us And honestly when he played against the top teams-Man Utd,Liverpool,Chelsea,Arsenal he looks very confused. Im not saying that he is bad player.Only that we need something better

I agree Good things dont come cheap,especially young defenders Distin and Baines(Bale)would be good signings in defence until the summer Grygera is an option and he wont be too expensiveif he is free agent in the summer.The question is does Roeder set his signs out there :confused: I wont risk with Kovac though
