It would be better if we sign someone who has played in the Premiership before Upson or Curtis Davies for example I think we will sign Shaun Wright-Philips because Rossi is back to Man Utd and we will sell Luque That leave us only with Oba,Sib and Dyer :confused: surely that's why we shouldn't sign SWP and go for a striker I also think we should go for a big,strong striker but if we can get SWP on loan i would be happy

I agree with you about Huntington.He is tall,strong just needs more games to gain experience On the other hand if you see our squad we had 5 Central defenders-Bramble,Moore,Taylor,Ramage,Huntington We need fullbacks in January :confused:

Pav is well past his best,he is in the end of his career actually+i cant remember when was the last time he played at this high level!!! You cant compare Ramage with Martins I never rated Ramage I think there is more talent in Huntington than Ramage! Where did I compare the players? blueconfused.gif We are talking about Ramage as a player and you said that if Martins is in bad form we are going to critise him the way we did with Ramage! That will never happen because Martins is top class player,he is worth 10 times more than Ramage. And when Martins is not in form that is temporary and when you are talking about Ramage thats the way he is. Average player who you never know when will make mistake! Something like Titus.

I watched the game and i think he played well considering that this is his debut. Nothing spectacular but solid and no mistakes! Never went into attack though But im pleased with him

I just want to remind you what Ramage has done for NUFC: 1) Played anywhere accross the back 4 when been asked 2) Proved over a consecutive run of games thhis season that he has formed a usually solid partnership with Taylor 3) Never once moaned or complained about not playing 4) Has played in almost every game since his debut after a meteoric rise. it can't have been easy for the lad. He may not be John Terry quality, but it's players like Peter Ramage I want at our club. He may not be my first choice, but he's certainly not a bad defender. Grow a brain. 1)He is versatile i agree with that 2)He played those games because Titus and Moore were injured otherwise i dont think he might played,but yet again i agree with you that he played some good games 3)He dont have the right to moan because he knows that this is his chance to prove himself 4)Talylor also develop very quickly but he never made any major mistakes I also want local lads from the Academy to play for NUFC Look i dont hate the guy i just think that he is not good enough for the standart of our club IMO Bramble is better defender than Ramage,Titus just needs good coach who can develop his talent Ramage i think is hard working defender who gives his heart to NUFC but he is just average.I dont see where he can develop more than this.He is 23 already! I saw the game and i must tell you that until the o.g. bolton didnt had any goal attempts and we had about 5-6 shot and we played really well,bolton were shit. After the o.g. everything changed I think that we played really poor in the second half,bolton were all over us and i think they deserved the second goal. I think that Huntington and Edgar played really well Poor second half though

Today performance by Peter shows really how much he has imroved! Yes he played well in the recent games but he always looked not confident and not secure. He is just average player and he will never be something more than that Bramble,Moore,Carr,Ramage=average defenders Taylor,Solano,Given=class

Until the o.g. by Peter Damager Bolton didnt have any goal attempts,we had about 5-6 shots and we were playing great football. Until the o.g. which imo changed the whole game,after that Bolton started to play better. I think we played alwful in second and we didnt deserve to score! Hopefuly the game on saturday is a big chance for us to bounce back :thup:
