  1. Get the f*** in

If it is really true that the club did know for half-a-year that Cabaye is going to leave in Jan, why the hell did Pards not play Ben Arfa a bit more (as he should have known, that he might be his replacement)? And why the fuck did they not start the search earlier than at the end of January. This management is driving me mad!!!

  2. Hands up if you're sad enough to be F5'ing or contributing to this non-thread for the next 16 hours?

Sorry, can't put my hands up as I am too busy walloping the F5 button.

    :-)

  3. Christ, he doesn't have to leave, he isn't being forced to sign for them. The fella is anything but sad.

calm down, nobody said that he IS sad (but LOOKS sad)...

  4. If he does go that hurts my fantasy football team, already had two transfers I did not want to make due to injury. Would put me on -12 before a ball is kicked.

    f***ing hate Ashley.

I'm the same but had two saved up transfers, used them but dont want a -4 to replace Cabaye

I forgot about this oh ffs, f*ck off Ashley you mug.

Almost makes you want Manchester United to get him. Cabaye would be a cast iron starter for them and probably get another 5-10 goals play as many in assists. At £6.5m that'd be a bargain FF first teamer, so fingers crossed Moyes sees some sense in this.

i can smell the irony ;-)

  5. Montpellier-president on Cabella: "To let him go this winter, they must pay us what Real Madrid paid for Gareth Bale.

Is this the fat c*** with orange and blue hair ?

    yes :-)

  6. He could work well alongside Remy in a 4-4-2 but not sure I like our two main strikers both being here just on loan.

Depending on the deal Kinnear does we cold just be a shop window for both of them.

Remy/Cisse does not seem to work. Why Remy/De Jong should?

Same here. Would hate to have to loan strikers upfront in the first eleven.

They've started two games together FFS.

I know (should have said "did not work so far"). BTW I'd try again with Cisse and turn away from De Jong. Have more faith in Cisse than De Jong

  8. De Jong was terrible that one time I saw him play for the Dutch U-21. Played like a lanky Cisse.

he's very similar to Cisse from what I ve seen. Also the guys from the official Gladbach forum seem to think the same (when asked about a possible swap deal)

  9. Seems idiotic to me, we'd be back to square one , and looking at the big sho still starting. Would keep Cisse personally.

Well if De Jong arrived what would be the chances of Cisse starting seeing as he can't get into the side even now? Personally I would prefer Cisse to stay, as I still think with proper service he'll score goals.

See it the same way. And De Jong's goalscoring form also depends on the service he'll get...he doesn't create out of nowhere from what I ve seen

  10. I find it so hard to believe that the Cisse we see now is the same guy who was tearing it up two season ago. Personally I've lost confidence in him ages ago, and if it weren't for our lack of strikers would want him moved on asap. He doesn't contribute anything atm, a liability whenever he is playing.

agreed. Especially in the ManUtd game he didn't!

  11. I just can't understand why people are still so fascinated or obsessed with skin colour in this day and age.

You'd think Steven Taylor had never seen a black person before he met Sissoko, Cisse, Haidara and Anita.

Just think it's really weird behaviour.

    totally agreed

  12. I don't really blame Ba for much, it was Pardew's fault for playing Cisse out of position to accommodate him. I think he's a complete mercenary obviously, but that applies to a lot of players.

The team did actually step it up a notch when that happened though and it's not like Ba hadn't played there before either.

I meant when we forced Cisse out wide so Ba could be central.

    When was this?

Am I going mental? When Ba was a football player for us, Newcastle United, in the English Premier League.

    :-)
