Everything else pales into insignificance when Man United score a goal, apparently.

Fucked his foot IIRC. Kicking a homeless baby orphan? Aye. Put him wide, I heard.
-
Would be Nolan out there, Shirley. Aye, I know that. Just saying, watching Butt trying to play left wing would almost be worth losing for.
-
Be amazing if Butt started on the wing.
-
Quite downbeat about this one. Jonas, Barton and Guthrie out. We don't have much in the way of legs in our midfield, but losing those 3 means we could see a 5 man midfield of Nolan, Butt, Smith, Geremi and Taylor. Our best bet is to stick two up top and bury long balls up to them all day and hope for the best. Hopefully nick a 1-0 win.

Aye, fucking infuriating too it is. Got to drop one of Butt/Nolan and get another striker in there.

It's not Wednesday? Sweet Jesus I'm supposed to be at work!!

You'll usually be able to tell by the wingers. If they're the likes of Messi and Henry, then it's a more offensive system IMO. Meanwhile, our first choice wingers are probably Barton and Jonas.

Aye lads, Bassong really had a future here didn't he?
-
I'm pleased for dan b and Apisith though, I must say.

Whistle had to go when ball was cleared. Joke like. Bunch of my Man U supporting friends have gone over to this, first trip to Old Trafford for most of them. Jammy cunts.
-
At least Given gave us some good times. Owen was a cunt, start to finish.
-
United down to 10 men.
-
First one could have gotten by a lesser keeper, the others were pretty routine tbh.

Nolan and Simpson better than Coloccini? Honestly, says it all Coloccini did his job fine, but he didn't do a lot else. Not sure if you noticed, but Nolan scored. What else would you be hoping for him to do, out of interest? Join the attack, possibly score, you know, like his defensive partner did? Coloccini did everything he was asked of, but he wasn't really called on to do much more and didn't really stand out during the game.

Gotta agree with Pleat, not sure why City have changed their shape.

What a goal. How far behind is my stream btw?
-
Anyone think the cheer for the goal was kind of strange? Seemed to sort of break out gradually.

United just don't look anywhere near as dangerous as they have in previous seasons. There's no pace or urgency (outside of Rooney) to them in the final third. As bad as losing Ronaldo was, letting Tevez go really compounded the error. Will honestly be surprised if they win the league this year, an injury to Rooney would absolutely cripple them.

Don't tell me you actually like Man City? Living in Manchester for 3 years gives you a whole new appreciation of hatred for Man Utd, and I have absolutely no issue with the Man City regime, in fact I find it quite refreshing. Aye, a team full of cunts managed by a dickhead. Not enough of that in the game like. Because that clearly doesn't apply to the Man Utd Saints with their simply delightful manager. I'm used to them by now though.
