He should be made to coach and train with the ladies team. They’re employed by the same company and would benefit from his experience. He should do his uefa B badge whilst he’s at it. Could be on a course with Ritchie and Tripps, keep his contact with the team, alleviate his boredom and upskill himself for the future.

Trippier’s too good. He’s completed football. In fairness to all other players he should take up a new sport like Paddle or Modern Pentathlon.

Looking at their playing styles, Hall seems like he’ll be the long term successor to Tripps in terms of being an excellent passing chance-creation fullback. (I totally agree with you btw - stats don’t show Maxi’s value. Perhaps opposition average position maps when they play is with Maxi would - defenders almost definitely deeper and midfield pulled apart as someone’s got to double up)
