If i am to be honest like i have said on te TU forum. Although i did get carried away , joining in with the chants etc , it was a little bit out of order , but was it not those twats who were calling kieron dyer a rapist and making monkey noises when shola got on the ball last season? There was no booing from anywhere near me , in level 7 , so dont try and use the bring back the noise campaigners as an easy route to blame because it aint happening mate.

I am taking to the idea of The 12th Man , the Smogs havent seemed to get anywhere with that name , and looking on there site and forums etc, it no longer exists.

The Bring Back The Noise Campaign stepped up another level last week , with support from players and ex players for 4 days in a row in the chronicle supporting our campaign. The Villa game was a poor atmosphere in my opinion , although us up in level 7 still gave it a go , with our flags , banners , and two stick flags. There was only two or three times when the whole ground where singing , and basically that isnt good enough. We have had a meeting with the club last week , nothing great to shout about , except that the club are willing to help , as long we change the name and tidy up on a few other things. This we have completed , although our URL ,and homepage remain the same until something is sorted out. We are looking for new ideas for a name , we have several to choose from already but as far as i am concerned none of them are good enough. Barnsley @ Home I have spoke to some of the people high up on this site regarding a little bit of advertisment for our unofficial singing section in the strawberry corner and they are happy to oblige , as long as the name is changed. Well that has basically happened , just finalising it now. Basically all i am asking for is , for you to come along , give us a chance , join us in the corner , enjoy the football as well as back your team in voice. For those who have kids , bring them along , i am sure they will learn some new songs , and will really enjoy having a sing along with us lot. We arent a bad bunch!! I forgot to mention that the stewards also took the sticks off our flags yesterday , we have some two stick flags , and back and white cheky flags which where all snapped after the game.

Stewards , Police are all wankers where i am tbh. I mean yesterday , all of level 7 , sang that song , Keano wanks his dog or whatever , and the police pulled a lad who looked about 17/18 saying i will throw you out if i hear that again , his father was with him and said here look mate thered 2000 other newcastle fans singing it , and you pull my son because he looks the youngest. Police always seem to pick on the younger fans as there an easy target and are less likely to get any hassle from them. The atmosphere will never improve unless the club sort the security policiy out , and also introduce a designated area for fans to sit if they want to sing ,, this way there will be no complaints from people who just want to watch the football and nothing else. It will create a more away match like atmosphere , and the people in the suites , and all the women with there new lovely hairstyles wont be disturbed by a fan who wants to back his team singing. Yes and after our meeting today , another yet to be named player will be backing us in our campaign to bring back the noise. 4000 streamers , a new surfer , lots of things the club want to do , which they have refused us to do in the past.

Well say what you with people , but its about time someone telt him to either post positive stuff in a positive topic or post nothing at all. Like i said he is the type of people we are trying to get on our side , but if he gives u no chance , what are we supposed to do? Yes i apologise for my outburst , i have NEVER posted anything like that on a public forum before , and i am sure that will be the last , but for such a great achievement , to still get stick , got a bit on my tits and i felt something needed to be said.

Banners , no , we currently have 2 banners situated at the top of leazes level 7 , myself and another member have got a meeting with the club this coming friday where we will be discussing the possibility of a standing section , an if they refuse that , the possibility of a singing section. Other things like restrictions for poles on our flags , and places to store our surfer and larger banners in the ground to save us trailing them home every week. We have a portfolio of information , 25 pages with our plan and things which we are wanting to discuss.

The atmosphere at St-Etienne is immense. They have two massive singing sections, one behind each goal and they both try and out-do each other with their songs, banners, flares, etc. Will try and post a few photos up later on when I get time. Banners / Flags / Songs yes , but not flares for us. There it lots of ideas flying around at the minute , we have a new huge surfer on order , we have also got ideas of drums , balloons , microphones an stuff like that but personally i am not a fan of any of those , makes us look very bolton like. If you arent willing to register to our site , an u have an idea for us , go to ur homepage an click on contact , then send a message to our admin which he will post in the main forum if appropriate. Can you not just give one mental a megaphone? That'd do it. I am sure there is plenty of them on the ultras who would fit in that category , be a canny way to get people to know the new songs as well , but being realistic its never going to happen.
