If this march gets organised and happens. The Police will have to be contacted before hand to ensure it is legal and organised. Oh aye by the book We got a bit of a ticking off last time , but the police co-operated very well and said in the future if we are to attempt a march/protest , contact the police and they will be happy to ensure it is as safe as possible for the people taking part , along with the other members of the public , which is fair enough i think.

A meeting may not be necessary, but we neeed to get these ideas channeled, collectively... What do you hope to achieve? What would be the best outcome of the meeting in your opinion? Maybe just to discuss and confirm what as a group of fans together , UNITED , we are going to do , to show our concern for the way the club is going.

For those who cant attend the meeting but would like to be there , you could maybe put your ideas in here so they can be discussed still.

Not a dig at them , but some of them , infact the majority of them are 18/19/20 now and if there not breaking into the first team now , in my opinion they need to move on for the sake of their own career.

Seemed to be a big issue of buying young talent and creating a good youth team and reserve team , to give these players the chance to prove themselves there first. Well after going to SJP on Monday , and watching the reserves and u18 team pre-season , there isn't much hope for many of them. With the exception of Nile Ranger who i thought was very sharp , great with the ball at his feet , big , strong and powerful , Ben Tozer who seems decent enough , but may need another year in the reserves , Lua Lua who has always been a bright spark when he comes on for the 1st team , there aint really much to shout about. I deliberatley watch the swede's kicking , and oh my god , what a laugh we have. Anyone who went to the Training Day thing , take any notice of it? Or watch him at half time on Monday Night? Zamblera was very poor , Frank Wiafe Danquah has his good and bad moments but not good enough to make it into the first team yet , David Edgar = Championship Player. Do you think our youth policy has improved THAT much , if it has , why aren't these players given a chance on the big stage?

I think a few people have said they are going to go to the match , however , WAIT until 10 minutes into the game to leave the concourse. Dont people already do that anyways.

Just had a phone call from one of my pals who works for Tarmac , and he rang me saying , did you know keegan has resigned. Well , I told him there nothing official and that its just the same old media talkingg a load of shite about the toon. Well to my surprise he said the heirachy at tarmac , came in this morning with the news he had resigned for the following reasons: - Spat his dummy out last night because the CLUB wanted to sell Joey Barton and Keegan told them , you have stuck by him through all the shit , and now your going to let him go once things begin to hopefully get cleared up. - He did not want to sell James Milner , and had to come out in the press and say it was his choice. - Mike Ashley refused to give him money unless he sold players , and he could use the money he made off the players departing. - Keegan didn't like the fact they wouldnt offer Michael Owen a new contract and thought the club attracted more negativitiy from the press by not nipping this in the bud So there we have it , nothing is official just yet but going off those points it starts to seem a bit realistic. However , I shal not be drawn into thinking he is gone until theres an official club statement. Dont shoot the messenger.

Jonas Gutierrez , after going down to coventry and watching a first half performance like we did , I was thinking it was going to be a 4-0 , 5-0 to us score , wasnt to be but was very good for the neutral. Jonas , has to be the fittest player since I was born , I have seen playing for the toon , people liken him to Ginola , but I think they are completley different , Jonas has the engine to run all day and does ALOT of hard wark defending aswell , I have a feeling this lad is going to become a cult hero. The amount of spiderman masks seem to be cropping up all over the shop at games aswell , one lad who was with about 5/6 others bought some tinned party foam stuff and was spraying it about as spiderman , Jonas gave him a slight smile.
