As I always say, never disrespect another clubs opinion on managers. Remember how we were treated over Pardew and Allardyce? Perhaps Southampton and Leicester fans have seen something they don't like in Puel. From the outside things can be very different. We also should mock other fans ambition to be better (within reason), far too many clubs fans are just happy to exist. Fair play if they expect more from their club.

I think Shelvey will go to the world cup. I don't know why, I just think every manager has their wild card and Shelvey will be Southgates. He scored in front of the England manager on Saturday, that will do him no harm.
