  1. Just out of interest, how? We knew they lied to the press and fans, went above KK's head, etc. long before this verdict came out. the you tube s***> than what we expected tbf. nobody was itk about that, also proves allt he itks are full of beans. + I dont think any of us would have expected them to spunk £1 million on a player who was never expected to play whilst at the same time completely failing to strengthen the first team. True on both counts I would say.. Also, I would argue that them not even being able to understand and explain their own system to an independent jury coherently was worse than I expected of them. Also, admitting to lying for PR purposes and then letting the report go public does not add up. They are morons beyond belief..
  2. How ironic for them to have essentially owned up to lying to the fans about this very same issue one year later in an independent tribunal. how is it this very same issue and not the issue of "final say". it hardly seems explicit. Eh?
  3. I love this bit: One year later, in front of a tribunal and having been given ample time and opportunity to discuss their legal defence through they couldn't even comprehensively explain their own system themselves..

  5. 600 pages before midday..
  6. Nolberto Albino Solano Todco (born December 12, 1974 in Callao), commonly known as "Nobby" or "Ñol", is a Peruvian football player who plays for Universitario de Deportes. 13 games, 6 goals Sign him up! Is he any good on You Tube?
  7. It's all based around the 25m. Same with SSN's coverage. Trying to keep their 'sources' happy. So are SSN really focusing on KK not getting the full amount rather than being in the right with his constructive dismissal claim? All in all I am quite happy with this result. An independent tribunal has unveiled what most of us have known all along and the club doesn´t have to pay a penalty it couldn´t bare for the truth to have come out. Now to get those fuckwits out of our club asap! Headline on F365 and most the comments are a good example: http://www.football365.com/ That´s depressing..

  9. we got relegated Are you suggesting a cause and effect relationship other than Barton being shit or injured for most of his time here contributed to that?
  10. In midfield we have Smith, Guthrie, Raylor, Nolan, Jonas and even Geremi who offer more than him at the moment. Won't be missed one bit.
  11. He does when he gives the ball away endlessly, as he does..
  12. Supposedly our best player, but we won't even notice it on the pitch. Here's hoping Guthrie gets some more pitch time.
  13. I was expecting a bit more from him based on what he said about himself..
  14. He HAS to sell, there's no other option. The "Cockney Mafia Out" banner made his position as owner untenable. He and his family will never be safe in the region again let alone at the ground, and all the protests and boycotts will adversely affect the team until he sells. He's desperately trying to sell to dozens of mystery buyers from around the globe and his mate Barry - have you not read the papers or listened to those privileged enough to be "in the know"? We just have to be patient and know that the only reason we've not been sold yet is because even in spite of the disgraceful way he has been treated he still loves the club and in his own words "any potential buyer would have to show they had the best interests of Newcastle United at heart and had both the commitment and finance to be worthy custodians of such a fine football club before I would even consider doing a deal". That's why he's always put a price on the club well in excess of it's value so that any new owner can show they are worthy to run the club as "responsibly at all levels" as Mike himself has. Unfortunately we've driven out the man who saved us from mid-table premiership football, and sorted out the finances so we now have a wage bill a few million lower than when he took over - albeit with a load less players and a lot less quality - and doubling the debt while halving the revenue. He also saved any new owners the bother of bringing in season ticket money by taking 3 years in advance so they wont have the hassle of having to factor that into next season's income. All in just over 2 years, amazing stuff, just think what he could do if only he was given a bit longer by us ungrateful so-called supporters. We all just need to have patience, trust in Mike & Derek, and know that while we're waiting their good work is continuing behind the scenes (in spite of the best efforts of our ex-chairman who even now is almost certainly to blame for anything which may go wrong).
  15. They have brought 4000 fans with them though, so they must be fairly well supported?
  16. How did this lot ever get promoted if they have no players of their own capable of playing at this level.. What are the odds on them staying up?
  17. Dutch commentator just mentioned the fact that CRonaldo's yearly salary exceeds Xerez' entire yearly budget..
  18. Exactly. Bassong moved for the good of English football. Nowt to do with him being a snidey, greedy b******... Us being relegated had nothing to do with it like..
  19. Some unbelievably childish comments here..
  20. And he will be there in South Africa, you know it..
