    Alan Pardew

Is it though, for a player who would so much more valuable to them as part of a promotion push? That's exactly it. Wolves are apparently in quite a good financial condition so they don't need to sell, and their aim must be to come straight back up especially with the new TV deal coming into effect next season. If they sell their best players now it may prove very expensive one year down the line if they miss out on the minimum 60 odd million Premiership clubs will get from the new TV deal. Also fully agree with sicko's post. We of all clubs are in now position to complain about high player valuations.
  2. Not convinced at all about this move, both in terms of I think we have higher priority positions we need to fill and the player himself. I'd rather get Van der Wiel from Ajax.
  3. In my opinion he is. Fair enough, everybody is entitled to their own opinion, it's just in my humble there aren't many players technically better than RvP and Tevez, although technically good, certainly isn't.
  4. Tevez technically a better player?
  5. I think that's due to the desperate state we're in now, fans are happy with any signings incoming. Wat?
  6. Why are Saylor and Colo reversed from where they normally play?
  7. Don't see why Gosling wouldn't be. Now or never for him.
  8. Ideally yes, but we're an injury to a central defender and striker away from having to play people out of position. After full back, these should be our priorities iyam
  9. That's my worry too. People say he is versatile and can play left and right back. In fact he's hardly ever played RB and was nothing special at LB when he first broke in the team. It's a big outlay for our most well stocked position.
  10. Biggest NL newspaper, Amsterdam based and best sports section, I'd say it's as reliable as can be.
  11. Good opportunity to give the youngsters a run out in the away leg, and hopefully be able to rest our important players in the home tie too provided we get a good result.
  12. Well, that was confusing, but the outcome will do..
  13. Very much so. I'm not even sure we adhere to a strict transfer strategy in terms of the positions that we target, as it seems to be more about getting good deals than about making sure every position is addequately filled, as evidenced by the fact we were happy to go into last season without a much needed striker, and went the second half of last season without essential centre back cover, two gambles that luckily paid off quite spectacularly.

literally none of that makes any sense, i think the lack of man city activity is sending people batshit insane personally I thought it was a bit strange too. Would be good business for them if they got all three for Sessegnon though. What?
