3 players around Fernandes and it couldn’t have been easier.

the 3rd pub, where the rest of them and that lunatic who was hunting for Defoe is on stage is unreal. "Do the leag, do the leag" There's a host of characters that appear in both of those. That's absolutely tickled me.

Yup, was pissed at that match, score line flattered Leicester and we didn’t look particularly bothered.

Like Dracula rising from his coffin with a shit eating grin on his face just before kick off.

It’s a miracle Howe did it in under 2. Bruce should have said it takes “18 months to ruin an organized formation”. -

I know we were all up in arms over the media making us out to be villains and Cabbage head the martyr, but I see it as a badge of honour. He’s a fucking charlatan, a fake and I look forward to him being sacked again this season. -

Meme Lord Brewcy. -
Fucking Bruce, what a turnaround from Howe. Unfucking a few years of Brewcery is no small feat in that time period.

Aye, too bad we couldn't get him when Rafa was here, quite rate him too.
-
Quite the wishlist.

Had so much space to move towards goal as well. If that's Broja, he at least get's it on target.
-
Did that with Tammy Abraham, didn't they. I'd be down for that with Broja, as I rate the lad.
-
Would Chelsea let him go? Be curious to see what happens with Lukaku.

They're always three passes away from a counter attack, love watching them march down the pitch.

Good. (Nah, I like Potter too, always tough when a highly regarded colleague leaves an organization)

I'd like to believe the only reason most were clamouring for signing players at exorbitant prices is due to our current relegation predicament. Alienate our core players with ego driven merc's and we'd be nailed on for the drop. With our additions, there's plenty of talent to avoid relegation while maintaining a positive culture amongst players.
-
Culture matters too, look at Man United, you have a fuckload of highly skilled individual contributors who aren't necessarily the most cohesive unit. Howe is spot on (paraphrasing here) when he mentions adding players that are relative in wage to existing core players. The key for us will be to build iteratively, moving in increments towards player acquisition, office talent and the top of the league. Change should always be a constant (look how a lack of it fucked us under Ashley), measured and managed from the front office down to the talent on the pitch adding for sustainable growth as a club and business.

What I am enjoying the most since our takeover is the level of organizational maturity the new owners have instilled in a very short time. We’ve gone from “jobs for the boys” with ZERO Football acumen to students of the game in Howe and Ashworth. Professional’s with pedigree and most importantly, hunger and a drive towards success with the opportunity at hand. I know some were clamouring for big names within the sport to join our ranks, but those that have are pro’s on the rise, who are aiming to build upon previous successes with an ownership group intent of funding that objective. This group (players included) were arguably at their lowest the first third of the current season, so it’s amazing to see the transformation come to fruition the last couple weeks, culminating with our win on Tuesday. This is a big appointment and we’re lucky he chose to leave a job he was quite happy with. This bloke will make us winners, I am sure of it. ?

Bruno Mars on the telly has extra tickled me from that video. A whole room full of hard boy melts chanting with choreographed pop music on the big screen.

https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/men?dateId=id13554 Canada up to 33rd, we’ve moved up nearly 40 ranking positions in two years. Unreal.

I dunno man, makes meaningless matches have relative importance.

Nah, don’t believe that at all. Was a loan move if we did.
