Aye, that was awful, doesn't get much worse then that. One thing missing a challenge or not being able to see if the ball has crossed the line, but that bit just shows a complete lack of understanding of the laws of the game.

He did blow, but far too late. Tiote doesn't even see Fletcher coming there, he's fully focused on getting the ball. He is late, but there's absolutely nothing in that challenge.
