  2. It wasn't, i know it's bad for us but he was clearly offside. Are you blind? Try here https://www.specsavers.co.uk/ His head is leaning ahead of the last defender. With the defender that was next to him, aye. The other defender played him on.

  4. Team is dogshit mate, surely you don’t think they could effectively attack teams? They're just as dogshit going forward. If we're not gonna have a go against Burnley we never are.
  5. Just think if we'd had a go instead of settling for 75 mins.
  6. Put Hayden on, move Diame to no 10 and get Gayle up front.

  8. I thought this was known anyway? which is why most people assume that the investment from PCP is Middle East based. They've just had the Communist Party Congress where it had been mooted there'd be a change in policy opening up the possibility of investing in us. Seemingly not.
  9. This data room's gonna get crowded.
  10. A Due Diligence Data Room is the place where the company places copies of the financial, legal and business documents that define the history and future of the company for prospective investors to review prior to submitting a formal offer. http://www.duediligencedataroom.com/What-is-a-Data-Room.html I've been involved in a few company takeover processes myself (was a member of the executive management team in a company put up for sale). My experience is that 80% of initial interested parties pulls out before entering the data room stage.
  11. Maybe they're a bit further on than we thought. Shows how much the journo's know then. Every single one of them were saying they hadn't signed an NDA until a couple of days ago. That's supposing Ryder's correct now like.
  12. Aye, since that's the whole reason he's selling. It would be standard to provide new owners with a warranty against ongoing litigation. It’s absolutely market and standard to be indemnified from pending litigation, and perhaps even reserve in escrow/title company an x amount of pounds to pay any fine, legal costs etc. What's the indemnification for a points deduction ?
  13. Aye, since that's the whole reason he's selling. In a situation like that, who would be defending the allegation? Because if Ashley's paying and HMRC go to the club "We think you've been naughty, pay us X million now and we'll consider it closed" we're just going to go "Aye, whatever" without putting up much fight. Presumably the club would be worried about points/transfer ban. So it'll still be in our interest to contest any action.
  14. Aye, since that's the whole reason he's selling.
  15. He did get a yellow Aye, missed it ?
