That interview was from weeks ago, since then he been quality apart from today.

This bloke has carried us at times this season, one poor performance is allowed.
-
I'm not, he won't, sell him.
-
We really miss him when he doesn't play. At least when he is on the pitch, we have a chance to score.
-
If we can keep them quiet for the first half hour or so, the fans will get on their backs, and then maybe we will have a chance. Just can't see us getting anything from the game with the team we will put out.
-
What, ever? Not sure I agree entirely with the molly-cuddling of HBA. If he is genuinely fit, let him play. Obviously, if he isn't that's another question but if you start pulling him from games where the opposition are a bit rough you're going to end up pulling him from a lot of games. Agree .. the last thing he needs is to feel we do not have faith in him being able to cope with the rough stuff, if he has the confidence to face them then he should. Next season yes, but if we are safe then there would be no point at all.

Better than playing him in defence.
-
They could also make one for Carroll at Liverpool.

He wasn't banned for doing it into the camera though, just for swearing. If players were banned every time they swore then no club would be able to field 11 players. There probably isn't a specific rule about swearing into a TV camera but there is one about swearing (which Referees rarely enforce). I bet people would complain if players regularly got booked for swearing but it is in the rules so the Refs would be entitled to do so. True, but with this decision, the FA have now open the floodgates, every player caught swearing now will have to be banned. I don't know what the specific rule is but if Refs gave a yellow card to any player who came up to them swearing about a decision they'd soon learn not to do it. It may stop teams crowding the officials too. I imagine it would help with the FA's Respect campaign. So if they only get a yellow, why give Rooney a two game ban?

Kyle Walker.

So the FA have banned him for swearing, not for swearing at the camera. Makes the whole thing an even bigger joke.
-
It's a big if at the minute though. We have only played it against Wales and Ghana, as soon as a half decent team batters us again, it will no doubt be back to 4-4-2.

Watching Man Utd last night, and Valencia looks as good as ever having come back from a broken leg, hopefully Ben Arfa can recover as quickly.
-
Can't disagree with anything he says. Him and Wilshire have been England's best midfielders this season. Despite this he won't get near the England squad because of his past troubles, even though Gerrard, Rooney, Carroll, Terry, Cole and just about the lot of them have been in trouble.
-
What quotes? Carr, in the sundaysun interview. Some guy on the three legends was on about this last night, reckons our reputation has gone right up in France because of how well we have looked after Ben Arfa.

I can and i did laugh.
