We've only needed a winger and striker for about 3 weeks, like. We certainly are desperate for them, but having fullbacks with pace and ability to get forward will transform us further. Correct, but we're still lacking 2 key players with a week left to get them. Agreed, particularly a winger who should have been a top priority.

Rafa has always thrived on big games, obviously this isn't up to the level he is used to, but for this season it is a big game. He will set us up perfect for this, my main concern is Knockaert against Clark or Dummett, coupled with his delivery and our recent struggles against balls into our box.

Any good? Need a winger and forward and then we should be fine. Never seen him play, but read he has good crossing ability.

Perfect deal for us and Tim, gives him a chance to get 100% fit in a less physical league, and when he comes back next year we will hopefully be in a better position to make a longer term decision.

I would be delighted with the Judge signing if that happens.

The issue remains that Judge will miss at least another 2-3 months

Pretty much £15 million on Clark, Hanley and Yedlin, not exactly value for money.

Perez has been awful for 18 months, but is talked up constantly for some reason.

Sounds more promising, would surely mean we would bring someone else in this window.

If he is our only winger signing, we are basically going into the next few months of the season with two wingers, and one in Aaron's who hasn't even been picked to start yet. The guy also had an operation a week ago, so reports of a November return are pretty optimistic.

Just be happy if he was fit, or even close to it so he can have an impact now, which we desperately need.

No he is just a bad player.

Judge is very much a technical player like. He's a dwarf. Never seen him. I just meant in general. I really hope that the next few players we sign are very good on the ball. Hopefully we can get at least 3 more in. Winger, LB and a striker. Ideally i'd like us to get a good creative CM as well, one that can run the show and dictate the play and tempo as well as being able to make a good final ball. But i'dbe happy with 3 players, but i just can't see us getting all of these unless we get one of them in very soon. Deals can happen quite quick from nowhere to be fair. And we're probably working on a few at the same time. Fingers crossed that we get what we need. I keep seeing this about needing a creative midfielder, are Shelvey and Diame not exactly that? Yeah, I've been wondering that myself. So you're content with Colback playing every now and then? And dont tell me that Colback is a defensive midfielder, as being s*** going forward doesnt make you a DM and he is s*** defensively anyway. I said that it would be a bonus if we could get another CM, and I don't mean an extremely attacking one, but one that is good both ways and has a good range of passing and can be a bit creative. It's more to do with his injury than anything else. He would be a good signing if he were fit and ready to play.
