He’s not likely to just come in and immediately try to get them to play his style, that will come over time and with better players. Good managers use the players they have and get them playing to their strengths.

It’s a more positive appointment than the others also based on the fact they have been holding talks with him since the summer. It shows this is a considered decision and not rushed.

He’s not actually saying that, he’s saying it don’t worse and why should they be treated differently from the rest.
