Villa look dead if they go down like.
-
Which is exactly why Man City are making noises about him.
-
The noises Pardew has been making about this match since the weekend, suggest we will change formation. If not i think we will certainly see a very defensive minded performance, at least for the first hour or so.

Made me spit me cheerio's out.

But England do have world-class players there's little doubt about it, they just never play as well for the country as they do for their clubs, maybe Hodgson can change that. What world class players are these then?
-
Show off.
-
Pretty strange that there are no matches on TV like.
-
At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter who the manager is. The current players are not good enough, the young players coming through are not strong enough to match other nations. The whole set up is a joke, until there are major changes in the FA, then the national team will continue to struggle.

Mikel is doubtful with injury.
-
Don't think it is the changes that will weaken them, it will be a case of if the players minds are 100% on this game, and not on the cup final on saturday.

inclined to agree but not seeing the alternatives anywhere sadly, especially when Rooney is out. Would love to see Scholes recalled. Your right about lack of alternatives like, but i still think them two have had enough chances for England.
-
It should be neither Gerrard or Lampard, both terrible for England and both well below par all season.
-
Haven't posted about last nights game, but Niall Quinn's commentary was truly the worst i have ever heard.
-
You kidding right, why would you ever want Newcastle to get beat?
-
On a more positive note, this result most surely give Bolton another boost ahead of there home game against Spurs midweek.
-
Pardew will be watching today. Krul Simpson Willo Colo Perch R.Taylor Tiote Cabaye Jonas Ben Arfa Cisse

Shame we don't have to play Norwich.
-

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew: "We just didn't match their intensity. Forget shape, systems and so on, intensity is everything in football. For the first two goals we were really lose and disorganised. It was not until half-time that we got back to our level and showed discipline. "We were honest in the second half, showed pride and at Chelsea on Wednesday we will show the intensity we're used to showing and give them a far stronger game. If you were here today you'd have to say we got beat by the better team."

NO We need Ba to stay dropping him would do no good what so ever. So just keep playing him no matter how he is playing?
