That's pretty much every team we play's tactic against us, even the PL team in midweek at home wanted to play on the break. We have to figure out a better way to turn our possession into the goals it should be producing, last two games we've not been good enough in that department.

An early goal will define the game, if we get it, think we'll win comfortably if not then could be a worrying night, the fact that a lot of these players played 120 mins a couple of nights ago could be key.

They look nothing special but neither have the last two teams who just beaten us.

back to back defeats, what a difference in a week, we absolutely need to win on Friday, to get back on course.

Parrish looks like one of those naive (about football) owners - I can see Pardew easily deceiving him. Even someone who doesn't know much about football will understand enough to know that constantly battling relegation is a sign that the manager is a dud. Tbf though we are talking about Crystal Palace here, not some juggernaut of the English game, they absolutely should be floating around the relegation zone, if we measure that purely on size and stature within the game.
