I put him on my disappointments for the season, which granted sounds a bit mad, but without him we would never have made the job of getting back up look so straightforward. Well played lad, and that was a beauty of a goal today.

I'm still no fan, but creadit to him for an excellent job this season, yes we had the best squad in the division but we still had to get the job done. Well done Hughton, you deserve your chance in the PL, I hope I'm proved wrong and he continues his great work.

the signing's of routledge and williamson are key as well Absolutely, Routledge has given us a bit of quality on the right and Williamson solid as a rock at CB, especially important as we lost Taylor for the season.

Another slow start to the half

He looks thick, plays thick and amazing he's even considered good enough for this level. He's just a thug in football boots, just ask that Barnsley play he put in hospital.

We have to play a lot better in the 2nd haf though, that was poor against a strong but very limited side. They will tire though, they put a lot of effort into that first half.
