This man really just rocked up at the club when it was in the absolute pits with a big smile on his face and proceeded to have an absolute ball of a time while rocketing us up the league. Guy is built different.

So pleased for him that he's getting so much recognition. The confidence to come in when he did and do what he did, and be excited about taking the club forward is special.

Once Wilson started the game there was always a chance we'd look very very dangerous. It's been clear that we were just missing a bit more quality upfront, and it could make a significant difference.

Might actually be a legit world class midfielder. This whole thing is just so utterly ridiculous

No chance man. I have been hugely critical of the guy, but he was spot on tonight. Can't believe your assessment man, wow.

His performance caught me off guard tonight. Got his head up first, before then deciding what to do with the ball, rather than just going straight into dribbling with his head down.

He looked so much better man, and it was allowing him to move into better positions higher up the pitch, and then go at the opposition full back where he had more space to torment them.

Loved it so much. Genuinely excited about him going forward now. So promising.

He rinsed Tomiyasu first half but didn't overdo it and made the right decision to either pass or run with it time and again.

Yeah, I really hope someone lets him know how good he was tonight, it made such a difference man. So pleased with him today. Really got a glimpse of how awesome he could be as part of the overall team. Very very exciting stuff.

Such a great game by the two Brazilians again and of course Callum Wilson ... but the most exciting thing for me today was ASM's performance. I swear if he keeps playing the way he did today he will get into that French squad. Got the balance absolutely spot on today with his decision making and it contributed to a magnificent team performance.

I was at the Emirates when we played them earlier this season. Howe had just taken over, but the stench of Bruce still remained. We couldn't get out of our own half or string more than three passes together. This turn around doesn't even make sense.

Almiron is so clearly a number 10 man. All his instincts are to pop it around and move into space to get it back. We've really ended up doing him a mis service in his time here. Never looks to run at anyone with the ball.
