Pulis rang up Shawcross and called him a loser last Monday
"We were annoyed with a number of things," Hughes said. "I was annoyed with their manager ringing up Ryan on the Monday morning after the game and calling him a loser. I wasn't too happy with that."Any number of things surrounding the game were, in our view, unnecessary.
"There was a voicemail left, and I haven't heard it. But Ryan wasn't too pleased. He tried to ring back and didn't get any answer."
f***ing hell what a slimey dickhead
Pulis is an underrated manager, he's keeping WBA in the top half of the prem. Literally amazing when you think about it. I think he's the sort of manager that fans of other clubs love to hate.
Is it really that amazing though? Top half of the prem. Is it that amazing? Does it really mean he's that good? I beg to differ. Don't think it's that big a deal at all.
Allardyce is garbage and had Bolton in the same type of positions for years.

Arsenal have stagnated for the last decade ffs. No manager at any club should expect to keep their job if they don't improve over such a length of time.
Who should they replace him with?
This is the worst response to someone saying they think a manager should be replaced. The absolute worst
This nonsense was stated when people wanted McClaren out at Newcastle! Well we got Benitez. Just stop it.

Tottenham look a far more capable team as far as competing for the title. Not just this season, but even last season too.
They don't spend as much as Arsenal do on players or wages, and so there are clearly other issues at that club.
Rather than money spent, I just don't think they bring in the right types of players. They have been so fragile for so long now. Both mentally and physically.
Having a Dembele or Wnyama in their midfield, or a Vertonghen or Aldeweireld at the back would make them so much better. These were not players Spurs paid huge money for.

Why are you worried about what another man looks like?
Come on man. Quit being bitchy.

Match has turned out to be alright. Fantastic, fantastic goal.
-
Sensational goal from Gray!
-
Similiar to N'Dong's for Sunderland over the weekend.
-
Ndidi!

He handled the ball man
Not only do they get it wrong but they give Musa a yellow!
Jokers.

So much goal action.

Are you not entertained?!

This half time team talk camera is an abomination.

Haven't followed Lecicester much recently. Has Musa not been good for them? Still doesn't seem to have broken into the first team.
He's such a dangerous player, quite surprised he hasn't made more of an impact there.

That's in Nigerian years. He's probably closer to 50.Yakubu apparently signing for Coventry. Can't believe he's only 34
Did you say probably?

Chinese division 2 ... pathetic stuff.

If I was a manager Id have a scout dedicated to watching and monitoring the Arasenal youth team. Anyone that doesn't quite make it there should be snapped up asap.
The club must be delighted with Hayden's play and development. Why not go back for more? Good move.

Happy for this guy man. Hope he does really well.
-
He is a disgrace.
Hope we snap him up when Rafa leaves in the summer.

Live on Sky huh?
We will be rubbish then.
-
If i was saying its Rafas tactics id want Mitro & Gayle on together. Only way to see.

How on Earth did Defoe end up in America in the first place? The guy is quality. Kudos to Sunderland for bringing him back. Don't remember them having any competition at the time either. Ridiculous stuff. He's going to end up keeping them up again!

The man has no shame. Just hanging around like a bad smell.
The other games today 2016/17

Simeone and Tuchel off the top of my head would be interesting appointments.
Ultimately though, they want a new manager because Wenger has stagnated for years. Any promising up and coming manager that is challenging for things elsewhere would likely be a breath of fresh air. They want a change in direction. There are no guarantees man, but they just want a change! Don't understand why this is something to be so fearful of.
I mean they plucked Wenger out of Japan for goodness sake, and look what he achieved. This fear of bringing in a new manager, and it having to be someone everyone knows that will definitely achieve what the last guy did is a bit silly. Let the club have their criteria and go and find the right guy. It's a case of whether a change is needed or not, and I think at this point Arsenal fans are within their right to ask for change.
I love Wenger myself and would never want him out, but I can fully understand Arsenal fans being absolutely fed up, and wanting to take a chance on someone new.
