Mitrovic is a thousand times better at holding off defenders receiving the ball to feet or in the air and then linking play.

Not to mention basic workrate. Pressing defenders getting back to help defensively.

If we had a pair of midfielders as disciplined, hardworking and on form as Kante and Drinkwater then by all means pair the two of them upfront.

We do not have any combination of two central midfielders that could make up for the Cisse and Mitro pairing IMO.

The funny thing about this guy is that there is so much complaint about his performance, but he still managed to find a way to produce something, with the assist yesterday.

Moussa Sissoko has not scored this season. His last assist was on the 6th of December 2015.

We finally played against a team with a mediocre pair of centre backs and an average midfield, and we end up dropping both Mitro and Perez. If we start both against Norwich we win easily.

Both Leicester and Sunderland have two very strong (physically strong that is) centre back pairings that made things tough for Mitro, and thenin Kante and Kirchoff they also had a really good defensive mid that made things difficult for the man dropping off.We had to start with Mitro upfront and Perez/De Jong playing off him against Norwich. It was a bad error.

Cisse should only be thrown on later in the game when the other team has tired and he can maybe catch them off guard with something. Starting him limits the team both defensively and offensively on the whole. He is lazy pressing, he is lazy staying onside, and he is lazy and weak in his attempts to hold up the ball.

Their forwards and midfield break up so many opposition moves too. Their defence has such an incredibly easy time of things.

Wes Morgan. Bog standard big burly brutish defender, so many of which you can find in the lower leagues.

The new Leroy Fer

Yes. Often watch Fer and wonder why he doesn't stand out more with the outstanding attributes he possesses. Game just passes him by. Same with Gini.

Even against England's B team he was garbage in that number 10 position. Invisible as always.

Seems to seriously lack game intelligence. Just wants to get in the box to score. Does nothing else.
