The £400m figure is an absolute joke - a big factor in us staying up was Kenedy so £20m - £25m needs to be knocked straight off then you need to consider the disgraceful state of the training ground and SJP which is deteriorating at a quick rate. The main reason we stayed up was Rafa and if he walked then you can wipe out many millions off the value. I hate the fat wanker!

Few good comments on RAWK Forum; He wont go to West Ham. I agree. Just not what he is about. It would be a huge wrench to leave the supporters up in Newcastle. Betrayed?!?!?!?!?! He has been “betrayed” in three consecutive windows by his current wanker of an owner. Free transfers not allowed to happen and no idea of the budget. I think he just had one horrendously bad injury, then a follow up which was probably linked to still being a little weak after being out so long i guess. Or just bad luck. Hasn't had an injury this season I don't think. He did aye and it cost him a mega money move to Liverpool or Spurs!

Yep - it’s really popular as a boozer - good prices especially the happy hour(s!) and a good pint! I was there outside from 10.45 - 8.30 yesterday and it was bouncing all day! Like I was when I left ha ha!
