Thought he was great yesterday. Pards really managed him well when he give him those couple of games out because his form had dipped a bit, but the last couple of games he's been top class.

I've never understood this 'plays a football that suits them' argument. I could understand if you for example, a manager inherited a set of players, two of them were big lads upfront. So you'd play to that strength of course. But when, like Pulis, you have been there for years and you purposely go out your way to buy these players and you choose to play that style of football, how exactly does it suit the team/club!? Its a conscious choice to use this 'philosophy', its not a just a short term fix.
