Same one that beat these cunts in the cup final last season.
-
He's good a against certain teams but I still see him as an option off the bench when we need a goal. Not sure how we set up 2nd half tbh, I have no idea what system would work without a Striker. Probably Big Joe in a 10 type role just for pressing, Murphy/Ramsay and Elanga either side maybe. Fuck knows.
-
That's because we are. I also have to say it's hard to be overly critical of the club as they tried to sign their targets early but got rejected one way or another at every step of the way.
-
At least we won't have to have the whole mental striker saga go on for much longer. 1 more week then we can relax as it is what it is the
-
Blimey, that's how to do it. Less than 2 months into a contract unless he has a 51M release clause.
-
Yeah I like him but I think we won't get it done. I think our best option is to bring Toney in on loan if PIF allow it. Many precedents of them signing players, them not staying long and end up.at other clubs on loan with alot of their wages being paid by the Saudi club.
-
I think the plan was for Wilson's replacement to be a young up and coming superstar like Ekitike or Sesko, knowing we would probably have to sell him next summer. Now we just need a striker who can score goals
-
Osulas replacement so we can send him out on loan.

I'm more nervous than I was for the final. Might have to start drinking but then I'll probably miss the match and end up on a ferry to dieppe. -
Could be his goalscoring record is better.
-
I don't think I'd be devastated at 60M tbh. It's too much but we need a striker. Whoever we sign is going to be over the odds. We should take it out of Isaks pay.
-
I'd rather strand Larsen than Jackson. It is weird how every bid we make for a striker is rejected. The only time we get one accepted the cunt is wanted by some other cunt and wants to join the other cunts.
-
I thought that but once he got in the swing of thing last season he scored well.
-
To bring public stoning back to Newcastle and buy a striker.
-
He will always have that he has always worked at big clubs, with big spending power. He is obviously brilliant but he's never turned something struggling into winning things. Fergie will be hard to beat for the Premier Leagues GOAT. I'm not sure that will be done again

"WE MIGHT NOT HAVE A FORWARD, BUT WE HAVE UNITY, WE HAVE EDDIE, THE BEST CM PAIRING IN THE LEAGUE IN SANDRO AND BRUNO. PLUS JOELINTON WHO IS GOING TO PRESS AND KICK THE LIVING FUCK OUT OF YOU" -
Aye I accidentally posted that without the following I think it's harsh on Sorloth. His record in La Liga last 2 seasons has been excellent.

He's had a good start but he could have scored a hatrick in both games tbf. That would have been a better start.

Siberski was the best one. Cult hero and day I joined the forum according to Yorkie.

The whole Isak debate is a red herring. Everyone knows he wants to go — the real question is whether we’ll let him. And the answer, at least this window, is no. We’ve seen this exact story before with big-name strikers: Kane sulking at Spurs, Tevez disappearing at City, Suarez trying to force Liverpool’s hand. All of them wanted out, all of them pushed hard, and the clubs stood firm until they decided the time was right. Wanting to leave doesn’t mean you get to leave — not when you’re the centrepiece of the team. That’s exactly where we are with Isak. He might be unsettled, but we’d rather keep him and ride the storm than cash in and rip up our attack with no replacement ready. Wissa’s situation is a different beast altogether. He’s been refusing to train and play, making it very clear he wants out, though he’s recently returned to training. That’s the classic “push for a move” pattern we see when a transfer is actually going to happen. Brentford are engaging, we’re putting bids on the table, and all signs point to this one being completed. One is us digging in to protect our star, the other is a player actively nudging us toward a deal. So for me it’s simple: Isak might sulk all he likes, but he’s not leaving this summer. Wissa, on the other hand, looks inevitable. Anyone who thinks the two situations are equivalent is kidding themselves.

Chelsea can, they loaned Marc Guiu to the mackems.
-
I think you fail to recognise the quality of some of the players in the premier league. Jeff Hendrick lasted years in the prem for example.
-
He might, it depends how their season goes, if they have a poor season it's a bit hard to judge him like many other Man United players of recent years. Some players need the right coaching to perform at the top level, especially at a young age. Some just do it.

Fuck me, Sesko was on strike as well?
