The Scottish league is ruined, the only way the Scottish teams can actually imporve their finances would be to merge leagues. If that cant happen then I cant see anyone wanting to buy Rangers or Celtic as they are trapped in a dying league. Ashley just wants The Rangers name and merchandising rights for shirt sales etc.

That can't be the reason, he has the balls to sack anyone at a moment's notice. JUst reading a bit more about Ashley wanting Rangers's image rights. This is what he does, he has bought Lonsdale, Everlast, Firetrap, Dunlop, Sondico and many more. Then cracks out any amount of cheap tat with a well known brand name on it. Unlucky Rangers.

I'm sure he is just after the merchandising of Rangers, he'll not want to run the football side of it. Its proven to be a nightmare with NUFC...If he thinks NUFC fans are militant wait until the Rangers fans cotton on to his "ideas". Awful man, destroyer of football clubs.

I think he cares enough for us to retain our Premiership status and nothing more. We are basically a business for advertising and selling tat, the football side is an unwanted package of the business. Thats why its ran so badly.
