AC was s**** for Preston. He was poor in the 1st half the Championship season as he was scud like but then the 2nd half the season his shots on target improved dramatically & along came the goals. My point was simple. when he was at preston he played pretty poor and even had problems with the coaching staff iirc, but it helped open his eyes and when he came back from his loan he came back a better player for us..he learned from his spell out and started improving as a player. same could happen to Ranger.
