I highly doubt Chelski would paid 50 mill for Torres... because Torres head already else where. Chelsea got upper hand in those situation. But Liverpool try to be sneaky to get the best of the deal by including Carroll for the term. In the end Chelski was overpaid us.

"deliberately" was also written in BOLD also in that rule.... so it basically ref & assistant decision... even they see the handball they don't feel it was DELIBERATE means NO PENALTY..... See my post above, directly below your post, thats the grey area decisions that should mean, for me anyway, in the rules it should just say, "handball if the ref/officials deem it to be" thats how it is anyway. very tactical spot on today... like it.. when our player began dropping like flies he switch tactic to do more possession rather than attacking which clearly safer choice to secure our winning.

he did good job as pardew expect him to do... just give us more possesion time... look sharper too... with only BA upfront that was expected he must do. If he pass it forward the chance of losing possession is bigger.
