I'd definitely say our lack of being in finals and experience dealing with such things is a big contributing factor mind. Not giving them excuses, but after so long of not even needing to think about any of it and some of the box office staff being older than me gran, its no suprise its a shit show. Less of one this time round despite my bitterness about it.

They’ve clearly looked at the numbers and knew they could potentially allocate some out to members and ultimately pacify some discontent. However you are bang on. Genuinely happy for everyone who got one. Additionally the refs actually have to bother there arse to punish Salah for the pushes he does on the left backs when they’re jumping for the ball. Continually gets away with it.
