Definite last minute 3-2 coming here.
-
Don't like the news about the ref like, we haven't won any of our last six games Lee Probert's taken charge of. Last game was at home to Villa very early in the season and AFAIR he was a f***ing disgrace.
Sorry to give the wrist slitters more ammunition but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Also having said that QPR don't exactly have a good record with him either. The combined score for every QPR game he's refereed this season is 11-3 to the opposition
He's been enjoying handing out the reds of late too. 3 in the past 5 games.
Nailed on 0-0 draw, with 2 reds a piece then.

Has anyone ever won Manager of the Season, and then got his team relegated immediately after?
-
Voted 10. I do think we're gone.
-
Elliot
Debuchy Saylor Coloccini Mbiwa
Sissoko Cabaye
HBA Marveaux Gouffran
Cisse
This.
Win, and we're up. Can see Norwich dropping at this rate.

I volunteered to do a half in goal.
-
on account of him not being in a health club
fat b******

No indication Mick Lowes has actually said this, so no.
As much as I would want it to be true.
-
I'm sorry, but why in God's name has he not been booted into the Tyne yet?
Am I in some kind of endless nightmare coma?
-
I'm not giving the club a penny until this guy's gone.

That's the most subdued I've ever seen a SJP park crowd in my lifetime of supporting the club. The line-up was a white flag and that feeling got down to the players and manager.
James f***ing Perch should not be playing premiership football never mind being in a 3 man midfield when you have Anita on the bench. Jonas is finished and has looked finished all season and yet he is about the most undroppable player on the pitch. Tiote is only good at tackling, he can't shoot, pass, cross or tactically be aware on the pitch. Having Perch and Tiote is a recipe for disaster which the 2nd goal proved.
I think there's only 1 person in the world who thinks Sissoko is a winger and it's that useless t*** that is managing us.
Gouffran had the audacity to score a goal and then get's bloody dropped, abysmal man management that (those who say he's a good man manager need to look at the way he treats certain players).
Cabaye put in what was an abysmal performance and some of the worst leadership I've ever seen on a football pitch. Such much hype but little substance in his performances.
This. All of this.

If a manager loses his players as Pardew did yesterday then he should be shipped out ASAP.
-
Makes me sick that he's not been sacked yet.
-
Infinitely better than the Sports Direct crap.
Doesn't honestly bother me that much, though I don't see why it's needed either.

Shearer, Owen, Martins, Viduka, Sibierski, Dyer, Best, Lovenkrands, Xisco, Luque, Ranger, Ba, Cisse.
Shola's survived them all to become our first choice in this relegation battle...
-
Ketsbaia is still the one for me, family love Newcastle, he knows about the club/fans, passionate and has a very good record in all the managerial jobs he has had so far.
I haven't seen his record, decent?
Lost 9 games out of 108 in charge of Anorthosis, won 5 out of 6 with Olympiakos without conceding a goal (yet was sacked) and doing fine with Georgia.
-
We're actually cursed, surely?
-
Not sacked yet? Darn.
-
What's the away kit of choice?
-
We were terrible in the first half, magnificent in the second. Credit to Pardew for not bottling it and trying to protect the single point.
Jonas was tremendous. Marveaux excellent. Simpson was screaming for the ball and trying to get forward the whole game. I think it's a great credit to the lad for showing such determination and passion despite knowing he's on the way out. Great to see.
Sissoko looks like he's going to break and fall apart. Really needs a rest once we can guarantee safety.
-
Nervous as hell.
-
I'm not against doing a half in goal.
-
A lot of the BBC talking about it on Twitter. Would be amazed if it's true, even by Chelsea standards.

Benfica fan here...
i understand you guys have several key players who won't be able to play against Benfica, so how do you think your team is going to approach the game?
i'm not 100% certain but it's very very likely we won't play our usual team, we are focused on winning the championship and we have some players with muscular problems, so i would expect us not to be as strong.
We'll defend all game and look to nick an away goal.
Felt like crying when I read this. We are so predictable...
your coach seems pretty confident though
He's an idiot though.
