Penalty to Arsenal
Correct decision imo but interesting a penalty is given considering Saka didn't have the ball, I mean we were told that is the rule
-
Bit of a scrappy goal but Nketiah scores, makes it 3-2 to Arsenal
-
City need to find a goal in the second half otherwise that'll be that, can't see Liverpool slipping up now
-
And Liverpool just step up a level and score a 3rd with ease

Still feel we should give him the full pre-season and first half of next season here then send out in January. The players he’s competing with (Murphy, Almiron & Fraser) are players he could be capable of leapfrogging so we could even just keep him. If he has the same sort of game time as those 3 have this season then there’s no need to send him back out.
The chances are we will add to the squad so he'd arguably get less minutes
At his age it's far more valuable he plays regular mens football, we don't have the luxury of blending him in like Pep did with Foden

Yeah I think another season loan or certainly 6 months at least is a must
His long term development is far more important than him hanging around our squad
The only question is at what level the loan should be, if Rovers get promoted then I think it's worth letting him stay with them for 6 months

Just checking and Toney's height is listed as 5'10, genuinely thought he was much taller than that

Jordan Rhodes with a canny finish, think that's the game done

Any chance of him getting Manager Of The Season? Where would we need to finish for him to be in with a shout? 9th perhaps? 10th even?
Has a manager ever won it without having won a trophy in that season?
Pardew won it the season we finished 5th

I think we need to be able to play a more expansive game. We defend well and are orgaised defending, but we lack technical quality to be able to dominate possession and control the game.
Need a few more good transfer windows to enable the next step...
I think Howe has mentioned in a few interviews we aren't playing ideally how he would like us to be
I think that will gradually change as the starting XI changes with each window

He's amazing and not in the slightest bit surprised.
To already have 3 goal though, that is a pleasant surprise and hopefully it's something he'll do consistently.
Have to say, it's worth calling out the confidence/trust he had in joining the club.
A few months ago many of us (myself included) thought it was quite likely we were down and we know of reports players didn't want to join us due to our league position.
He however made that move, despite the fact if he waited until the summer he could still have gotten himself a move (here or elsewhere) and deserves a lot of credit for having that confidence.

That's sensational
The run from WIllock was class

HAHAHAHAHAHA, THIS IS MINT

Murphy and Willock on for Wood and Miggy
-
Krafth having a solid game so far
-
We need a tactical or personnel change as it's all them and an equaliser is inevitable
-
Class from Krafth
-
Lovely play from Bruno, unfortunately cross as we've often seen from him is weak
-
Schar way too casual there
-
Lovely play from Miggy there

This guy is pony.
Strange time to make the comment considering he's been one of our better players in the first half

Did they show a replay yet of the foul on Wood?
Aye, not enough in it to be a pen

Yes, get in

Only after Azpilicueta doesn't look at the ball, literally turns to face and then block Saka by grabbing him
Shit defending, deservedly got punished for it
