  1. Such a strange decision, ball was going well wide and well away from him
  2. Free kick from Messi, class
  3. If Solskjaer gets the backing, for that he needs at least 2 top players then I can see them having a good season and easily finishing top 3, maybe even get closer to 1st
  4. He has to be given some credit for that squad though, he got rid of some deadwood and has slowly built it up and got players like Shaw performing at a level he's never done at Man-U
  5. I don't think he is a good coach however he seems to have something about him when it comes to man-management
  6. Aye but City finished 100 points that season, Man-U were never ever in it At the turn of this year Man-U were in it
  7. They'll easily get top 4 imo and if they get 2-3 top players I think top 3 as well and maybe even challenge for the title
  8. Ultimately Man-U want to win the league and arguably they are closer now than they have ever been since Fergie left, that is progress
  9. He's referring about him being given the job in the first place, which I'm not sure I entirely agree with as Pep was always seen as a Curyff protege and he implemented a clear style of play with the B team I know Ole had the reserves job at Man-U (not sure how well he did) but the Cardiff stint was not great, Man-U should really have aimed higher at the time he got the job However it's quite clear Man-U have made progress, the squad looks a bit more stable if a little thin (in comparison to City). I think if Man-U can sign 2-3 top players then they will challenge for the title (they would just have to sacrifice the league cup probably)
  10. 1.5 years younger and as Conjo said it was a year ago they got rid of Suarez It's more strange when you consider how injury prone Aguero is
  11. Most managers that have longevity will mostly likely lose in knock out games Fergie lost plenty but the choking narrative was never labelled at him
  12. It was the worst opponent for them, they would have preferred Real in the final
  13. Doubt it They'll see the game out with relative ease Actually think they'll get a second on the counter
  14. Not sure how Sterling is still on, wouldn't trust him if a chance does come to him
  15. I don't see how City get back into the game Chelsea have nullified them well and look threatening on the break Sterling needs to come off, he'll not do anything
  16. Ah okay And they are then changing it again for next season? As that is what was said during the Wilson disallowed goal. According to Peter Walton next season it will still be disallowed but if a team mate scored it then it would have stood It's just ridiculous really
  17. Not sure if the rule has changed since but Mahrez had one disallowed against Liverpool after it hit Foden when he was on the floor at the end of last season
  18. Lille are champions, get in At least that is something
  19. Now Agnelli and Co are going to be so smug, that's properly annoyed me
  20. Napoli absolute bottle jobs They had the easiest job and blew it
  21. Napoli have been such a let down So close to making it a beautiful moment of seeing Agnelli's face if they had finished 5th, ah well
  22. Verona have equalised, sickener
  23. I think they'll regret that miss and will be the team to lose out
  24. Ahhhhhhh, Milan hit the post, gutted
  25. Please Milan/Napoli don't mess this up Huge 30 mins coming up
