Seems strange considering Rudiger dealt with Haaland well
Looking forward to this game, though City are the better side I'm convinced Real Madrid will go through, they have ice in their veins when it comes to this competition

This isn't a case of now or never, 5th/6th whilst disappointing as 4th was in our grasp is still amazing and arguably ahead of where would have expected to be
Consider this, if we were mid table most of the season, then had a late surge and finished 6th, would we be thinking that a chance at 4th won't come again? Obviously not, we'd he ecstatic, looking forward to the summer and then thinking a challenge for top 4 is on for next season
Basically the future is bloody bright

I feel like if we miss out on top 4 after this opportunity it’ll initially feel disappointing but after the dust has settled Europa League would be an incredible season. If we end up in the conference league I’ll be devastated.
I still think we’ll get two more wins and get the job done though despite Liverpool’s resurgence.
Good thing we can't end up in the Europa Conference then ?

You do have to wonder why Arsenal sought to replace him then. Is it just that they had the opportunity to buy an equally good LB in Zinchenko and took it figuring he might be a bit more durable?
Probably a combination of needing someone more reliable in terms of injury, someone who can play inverted and has title winning experience

Man-U don't really need to worry about fair market value and such like, they already generate huge money
The problem is the Glazers take some of it and then remainder is spent badly
-
47 likes as well, what a bunch of gullible doylems
-
Tierney is quality but the injury record suggests we should stay clear
Especially as LB is a position you don't really want to rotate too much (for Europe and Cups fair enough) and Howe has spoken about liking a settled defence, an injury prone player makes that difficult

Enjoy the Champo

Luton need another goal otherwise the Mackems will level it
Luton have had some decent chances but some wayward finishing
-
Absolutely shocking attempt that was
And again
-
What on earth was that, should have scored that
-
Sunderland when they are passing it about look the much better side and in Diallo they have an ace
Hopefully Luton can score a 3rd early on, the last thing they need to do is ease up
-
Another cross, just keep putting crosses in

Away goals a thing here?
Nope

Is there any way this Inter side beats Man City assuming it's them who gets there? Would love to see it.
It's unlikely but would never rule it out, Chelsea managed to beat City even though City were heavy favourites
(As it happens I think Real get to the final and win it)

What a save, ffs

Fast start by City but the longer they don't score the happier Real will be
