Our positioning could be a bit more aggressive when we have the ball on one side and are pulling players out towards us. We hold our formation too much instead of moving in to an attacking position to create space and options. Just when we had the ball on the right there. Kane was on the edge of the box in the middle, Sterling was the left corner of the box and Shaw was a bit behind. Why isnt Sterling running in to the middle with Kane to give more options in there? Shaw can move up to occupy that back post area when Sterling moves in, and Mount should be pushing at the edge of the box while Kane pushes in to it. And get the ball in. We've got plenty of cover if the keeper just catches it. And we have the speed and stamina to get back in to position.
