I was giving this argument weeks ago. But i think now we've seen enough to justify he should be atleast given a chance at starting a game ahead of Best & 19 year olds. He has gotten assists & a goal in his last few games. Its not an unknown anymore, he's shown he offers a realistic threat going fowards. No one else apart from Ba is for us atm.

I slated him yesterday but still the potentially poor choices/ideas recently do not undo his previous work in the season. He made choices with players that won us points & sorted our defence very nicely. He just seems to be struggling to adapt his ideas to the form of our players. Jonas, Best, Krul & potentially Cabaye also have all dipped in form for me. We cant afford to start on the backfoot anymore, long ball is now failing & hes benching one of the few whos been showing small moments of attacking ability in HBA. Maybe Ba going off will force him to rethink things a bit.

I saw him open several times & our players just fail to make the pass. They dont watch his movement. Anyway pools 2nd destroyed our momentum, nothing to take from this game regarding him.
